I am trying to add “Text with Title” block to my homepage but when I click to “edit content” a loading bar keep circling endlessly. I tried with 3 different browsers with no extension or built-in protection.

I followed the instructions from the YouTube video to create my mobile page. I copied the content, added the header and footer, and checked the option for global display. In the editor, everything looks good for both tablet and mobile. After saving and clearing the cache, though, I see that the footer is broken (or looks completely different) when I check in incognito mode.
I also tested on my phone in incognito mode and noticed a footer that’s entirely different from what I see in the editor. Do you know why this might be happening and how I can fix it?

I have entered these four IDs in the “Post ID filter” field: 2187,1366,3325,2872. However, only the first post (ID 2187) is being displayed. I want only these four posts to be displayed (or rotated).
Here are the settings I have already checked and adjusted without success:
“Category filter” is set to “All categories.”
“Multiple terms filter” is disabled.
“Number of posts” (or “Limit”) is set high enough (e.g., 4 or -1).
“Posts linked to current article” and “Single – Related from taxonomies” are disabled.
The ID list format is 2187,1366,3325,2872 (no spaces).
Despite these settings, only the first ID is shown. Could you please let me know what I need to do so that all four specified IDs are displayed (and rotated) correctly?

Since updating to version 12.6.9, I have noticed an issue. Every time I load a page, a black-and-white screen appears for about 0.1 seconds before the actual content loads (see attached screenshot).
I suspect this might be related to the WP Super Cache plugin, which is also recommended by you. To troubleshoot, I have taken the following steps:
Deactivated WP Super Cache → The issue persists.
Cleared all cache (WP Super Cache & Cloudflare) → No improvement.
Reactivated WP Super Cache and cleared cache again → The problem remains.
This issue did not exist before the update. Could you please advise on what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Hello there! First of all, Newspaper is an amazing theme, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using it until now. I own multiple licenses, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such a strange issue.
Up until now, I’ve installed dozens of your demos, and each one has been flawlessly complete—exactly as previewed on your website. However, this is absolutely not the case with Cali Sight.
When I imported the Cali Sight demo to my website, only the homepage transferred successfully. None of the other pages, including category pages or any items in the top menu, were imported.
For example, how do I create the page shown in the screenshot below? I can’t find any guidance on this. Only the homepage imported without issues.

We are encountering a compatibility issue between your theme and WP Rocket’s “Add missing image dimensions” feature. When this feature is enabled, WP Rocket adds width and height attributes to images in galleries. However, the dimensions are incorrect, which causes images to stretch improperly and breaks the gallery layout.
The gallery functions as expected when the feature is disabled. However, we require this feature to remain enabled due to performance optimizations it provides for image handling.

Hi everyone,
I’m currently facing an issue with my website hosted on GoDaddy. I’m using the Newspaper template by TagDiv, and everything was working perfectly until a few months ago. Back then, I used a plugin to generate my SSL certificate, but I forgot to renew it. I’ve now fixed the SSL issue, and the certificate is properly configured, but I can’t use the TagDiv Composer to edit or create any blocks.
I have experience working with the TagDiv Composer, and this issue only started after the SSL problem. I’ve tried clearing the cache, disabling plugins, and checking for updates, but nothing has worked so far.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this.

We decided not to use the Titles in that manor because of this issue. But now we are unable to use cache plugin since we inserted that code in the live css even though it has been deleted.
After deleting the WP Fastest Cache plugin (and ensuring the plugin folder was removed from the server), I switched to the WP-Optimize plugin to manage caching. Unfortunately, as soon as I turned on its caching feature, all Ads (managed via the Advanced Ads plugin) disappeared. Turning off caching immediately brought the Ads back.
Currently, I am not using a caching plugin despite the fact that we have been using them seamlessly for years alongside the Advanced Ads plugin and the Newspaper theme (which we’ve been using since Newspaper 8).
Even though I no longer need the custom CSS code, I need to understand why cache plugins are now causing this issue. Is there something lingering from the deleted code or changes made through the live CSS that might be interfering?
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated as I need to restore caching functionality without affecting the Ads.

Our website https://canadiandream.cbet.ca/ is running on your Newspaper 12 theme and as soon as your theme gets activated, it keeps showing the error message: cURL Error: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘117-re103.vblognews.site’
We contacted our theme support and they said – It seems the issue is caused by your theme.
They activated default Twenty-Twenty Five theme and everything works fine. But as soon as your theme is activated, the error comes back.
Can you please take a look and confirm what is the issue here?

Meanwhile I also tried with other prebuild websites, for example with “DEFAULT PRO”, the very same error occurs. , so this is a more general issue. I am using official WordPress docker images, so any developer on your side can spin up exactly that image and reproduce the error:
– wordpress:6.7.1-php8.3-apache
or as you recommended:

For detailed diagnostics, all my experiences are on freshly installed images, with no other themes and plugins.

I’m trying to download Cali Sight from the Prebuilt Websites section, but it’s not working properly. When I download other demos, all pages and details load seamlessly in one go. However, with Cali Sight, only the homepage appears—no headers, submenus, or content load at all.

Please check the WordPress wp-memory limit and set it to 256M. If it’s still not working, please double the limit and review the other settings in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/. Also, ensure that you are using SSL and have sufficient bandwidth. Our server provides a bandwidth of 1GB/s, while my home connection is 500MB/s. If your bandwidth is low, you may only be able to access certain parts of the cloud. Please click on this https://i.imgur.com/vuif0eN.png and add the license like in this guide to activate https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ and check the console if the theme is not activated. With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause.
Please ensure you don’t have mixed content errors; you can check the console. You have to use an SSL plugin to fix it and then try to activate it again -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-mixed-content-wordpress/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
