What would be ideal is a plugin (preferably free) that functions seamlessly with the tagDiv TD Composer so that I can simply drag and drop and configure.
We buy your theme on themeforest, we installed it succesfully, but when we try to modify the content of the pages once clicked on save the icon turns to infinity and does not save the changes made. There are no external plugins installed except disable gutenberg and a plugin for ssl. How can we solve the problem?
Thank you
Hello,
From the last 2-3 days I am facing this problem where the Newspaper Theme Panel doesn’t save any changes, instead, the saving loader just keeps on going…endlessly.
I’ve already increased the execution time to 180, as suggested in some other threads with similar problems, and I’ve also tried disabling all the plugins to check if one of them is causing the error, but unfortunately the issue still persisted.
I am using BlueHost and the theme as well as all the plugins are up to date.
Please help.
Regards.

Hi, we have imported the following header – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/header-template-27/. However, after migration, the ssl lock sign is not showing because it is showing the image from the old staging site.
This is the error from the console. Image ‘http://travelholic.gigaquirks.net/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/201900229dd9abd3-ded7-b9c6-87e4-e8ec0011ab12.png’
Can you please assist us in where to make the necessary changes?

The SSL was activated for free by Host Support, they say everything is fine on their end.
dear support,
I have updated my sites theme from 10.3.3 to 10.3.5 and the update was done through WordPress update. Everything ran successfully but I now have errors on my pages. Every time I do an upgrade I get the same errors. It looks to be linked to the home page logo, but the logo is well within the expected size limits, so I have done nothing wrong.
Please can you investigate urgently, as its really frustrating to break the theme every single time an update happens

Hi,
Please check the configuration for ssl, this will help you to fix this problem, also you can use a plugin like -> Really Simple SSL -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Thank you!
Hi, there’s no other way? I can’t deactivate all plugins, I have security plugin, redirect, ssl, schema, and others necessary plugins that maybe I’ll need to configure again. The most of them I’m using in others wordpress instalation there I can comment, and them wont use the newspaper theme.
Hello !
This seems to be more of a SSL issue. For this matter you will have to contact your host and let them know about it.
Thank you !
Hello !
Unfortunately at the moment we do not have any video tutorial for instalation but I’m pretty sure that if you take a look at our guide here you will be able to install it flawlessly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Thank you !
Hi,
I have a number of issues, some of which are affecting speed and indexability. They’re all reporting in the Site Health box on WP Dashboard.
Critical
The REST API encountered an error (Error: cURL error 35: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to blokediary.com:443 (http_request_failed))
Your site could not complete a loopback request (Error: cURL error 35: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to blokediary.com:443 (http_request_failed))
Recommended
One or more recommended modules are missing (The optional module, imagick, is not installed, or has been disabled.)
The scheduled event, jetpack_sync_cron, failed to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.
Warning Could not confirm that the wp_version_check() filter is available.
Hope you can help
Hi,
3. First you need to find if these http are coming from theme to or only from extra plugins, for this you need to let enable only theme plugins and the ssl plugin (we recommend Really Simple SSL without any extra plugins), if these are from theme, usually these are some images, videos or links that were set previously.
Below are some articles that can help you.

How to Fix the Mixed Content Error in WordPress (Step by Step)
INSECURE AND MIXED CONTENT WARNINGS
Thank you!
Using on-site https://globaltechgadgets.com/
There are so many problems with every update.
1. Our search box is not working. Tried creating the new header, deleting cache plugins.
2. Every update comes with different bugs. We have to put our time fixing it instead of creating content.
3. Mixed content Problem! This is more f up. We are getting mixed content warnings due to HTTP urls. Even though we use SSL and set everything to HTTPS, something from theme, may be, using HTTP which is giving this mixed content warning.
4. Strange pagination. I saw similar comments one themeforest page and now I guarantee its something related to Theme. The google search shows site links with strange pages like “2”, “10” search result. This “10” is domain.com/PAGE2 on site. It is neither created by us nor it should be there. Its like BLANK homepage. You have to fix it asap.
Please Give us some peace of mind. because with every theme update, there is new task for us to fix something.
I also just noticed that there is an error_log file in my root:
[18-Jun-2020 20:37:55 UTC] PHP Warning: getimagesize(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:

Hi,
Did you try the above suggestions?
Sometimes this can be resolve by only install a ssl plugin like Really Simple SSL plugin -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
Thank you!
Hi,
You could check some guides and double check if the SSL implementation has been done properly. Check these for example

I have SSL certificate which were showing https:// in my previous wordpress themes flawlessly. But now, many of our posts are showing content not secure (http) SSL problem. It is because of mixed content. HELP!
Hello, I am facing big problem. 100% recourse showing my cpnel. i have contact my server administrator and they said, td-cloud-library – plug in problem …
[08-Jun-2020 16:07:02 UTC] PHP Warning: getimagesize(): SSL: Bad address in /home/——/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792
1. The getimage problem is solved.
2. The headline/title missing problem still continues. Now I can see the headline only in Firefox. It has disappeared in Chrome and Edge. The headline is visible for a second then disappears. I have entered the above custom css in the theme panel also but still there is a problem.
https://facesoman.com/dr-waleed-khalid-al-zadjali-taking-a-leap-of-faith/
3.Now the home page appearance has also changed in chrome. The flex box alignment is gone awry. The titles are coming below image instead to the right of image.
4. All the fonts on homepage change in firefox and edge and also on phone. Raleway changes to Times New Roman. When I open website in any browser with the url https://facesoman.com/ the font changes but when I open it as http://facesoman.com/ the font stays Raleway. I have checked with my server hostgator and my ssl certificate is in place and valid so they feel I should check with theme developer.
I have recently started getting all these problems. A request to solve these ASAP.
Thanks
Sophia
I’m new to Newspaper too and have gotten no support so far, but I kept on trying. Like you, my site also broke and didn’t even load when I tried to activate an SSL certificate. It turned out to be a Cloudflare issue. I didn’t have plugin incompatibility issues, but backend incompatibility. It’s been an uphill battle for me as well.
