Website credentials should only be sent to us by email, at contact@tagdiv.com. Include a link to this topic in the email. We can take a look to the composer issues you are having. Provide admin login and also cPanel if possible.
Seems that the other issues you are having happen only in Firefox, try and clear the browser cache in it’s settings and check again.

When my writers are saving their post, it goes to a blank white screen. The post saves, but they are led to the white screen. Also, some are having issues previewing the post as it leads to a white screen. I just installed this theme the other day. Website: http://www.profootballnetwork.com.

Also remember that you need to change the memory setting in
BOTH:
a) server settings, memory allocated to php
b) in your wp-config file, to expressly specify memory amount

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change the height value, sorry! Notice that value automatically comes with the theme and which is 580px, the height of the thumbnail which is used by that slider, as you can see here ->

Hi, I have all the right system settings settings, added the code you suggested in htaccess file, followed all the steps, but the tagdiv composer is still not saving my work. I even tried disabling SSL, still nothing. The icon just rotates indefinitely and nothing gets saved. Tried all Chrome, Firefox and Internet explorer with same result. Please help!

Thanks for the response. Yes, setting up the CDN is very simple, and it’s working across the board with the exception of the srcset images instances, which, correct me if I’m wrong, is something that’s built into the Newspaper theme functionality. We even attempted to write a rule that would force these /relative URL instances to use the CDN path, but that doesn’t work.
Here’s the rule that was written:

Is there something in the theme functionality that’s forcing these /relative URL instances to reference the thecampingpage.com/thecampingpage/wp-content/ as opposed to the full CDN path?

I have tried a different AMP plugin (AMP for WP) and when that one is active Google recognises it as a valid AMP page.
For now I will continue modifying my website using this AMP for WP plugin.
I am still incredibly frustrated by how this theme update has made me spend two days trying to fix a website that was working flawlessly. I’ve gotten multiple emails from Google telling me my traffic is getting affected.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.

I believe that is the case. Changing to https will begin the count from 0, it is like changing the entire website URL as far as Facebook is concerned. I remember other users who lost the likes after a similar change to https, they tried solutions like this

But I don’t know if it will work or not unfortunately.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this. Indeed, if you change your website from HTTP to HTTPS, all the links will be hanged and that’s why the Facebook Like count will become zero. SOLVED! Deactivated all plugins and then I was activating plugins one by one, so I had to delete “Really Simple SSL” plugin and now it works perfectly.

Since yesterday with no change of the coding, we’re facing an error on gallery slider that we couldn’t find out a solution.
“TypeError: jQuery(…).iosSlider is not a function”
Is there any chance of you guys give us a light over it?

If you want to edit that section to replace the subtitle functionality with another one, like Facebook Instant Articles, you need to edit the theme core files where this option is created and add your own functionality. For example, if you are using the Single Post 1 template, you need to edit here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SSlFlq0L Notice that’s not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide cusotm work at the moment, sorry!

I thought about going back to version 9.5 and I told myself that, then, I could not have the theme with important updates.

From what I understand, mind you I’m not an expert, but it’s not your theme to have problems, but it has the AMP plugin.
And even on your “td composer” plugin.
Even if my assumptions were correct, do not you think it would be better to settle the issue by intervening on the AMP plugin and making it perfectly compatible with the theme?
When I bought your theme at the time, I did it essentially because it allowed us to have graphically interesting AMP pages.
Now I am forced to have AMP pages, a painful graphics and I had to create a personal plugin to have the opportunity to put adsense advertising.
I hope you can solve this problem soon, not so much for me that somehow I arrange, as for all the other 77,000, and more, who have bought your theme.
A question arises spontaneously, but is there anybody to whom the theme works perfectly with the new version of the AMP plugin?

After I just did the update, the website doesn’t want to load any more, instead I get the error message:
wp_booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: tdc_util is not set.

and
wp_booster error:
Missing parameter: ‘file’
httpdocs/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_autoload_classes.php
I did the update via FTP and also deleted the old files before. I also deactivated plugins, but it doesn’t help. (I now import the old version again and hope that the site works then).
On my test system, which is one to one copy, it works flawlessly.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

Maybe it was something temporary. Can’t find much else online about it, it is related to the SSL certificate it seems. Maybe check with the provider for the certificate for your website, they might be able to help if it happens again.
