I suspect your fonts got changed vie css. Please remove any custom css in your theme panel or any custom code added in the theme files. Restore the theme to it;s default behavior without any interference and check the fonts again. Also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If you cannot manage to get the icons to show, please provide a link to your site pointing at such an elements and we will take a look.

Anyway – since you’re using notepad++ by the looks – search for this text:

It should be soon after that line.
Ah! I see the line numbering issue – you are opening it on a Windows machine and it is double line feeding – so just double the number… maybe around line 2888 ?

I’m not speak English fluently so maybe for some words my Google friend translator played a bad turn, if anything I said sounds bad, sorry, really I have no intention.

Hi I’ve got an issue with the newspaper theme, I purchased a couple of days ago hosted it with godaddy and have been working on it for the last two days solid all within the WP dashboard only for this afternoon to start getting the white screen of death on certain pages then the same on the backend editor. Contacted Godaddy who ran some test for over an hour for them to come back with error messages relating to the theme and wpbakery plugin. Again this is strange to me as I have downloaded no plugins and only been making posts for this to happen two days in. I have asked godaddy to send me more information regarding this but they are adamant it is the theme. As such can I please ask you for a refund as I am on a very tight deadline and need to move on with another theme. I apologise as I’ve never asked for a refund before but given the deadline I’m on I can’t wait for resolutions. Hi, I’m sorry…problem has changed somewhat.
First of all – this site is hosted on my company’s servers, so our IT guys handle it. And I just realized that it seems any update or change to the CSS takes about 12 hours to take effect. I have no idea why. SO…my last email about how it doesn’t work isn’t true anymore – it works…but maybe too much.
Now if you go to outside.agoda.com/category/technology you can see that NONE of the links work, even the ones in the excerpt. I’d like these ones to open in a new tab, but the title and photo to be inactive.

Thank you for helping but it’s not working.
I cleared all caches and i delete the plugins that were not supported by the theme-file.
But the mobile version is still appearing sometimes. Some posts/articles on the website are working fine, but for other ones the website decide to show the mobile version.. very strange.

The Cache plugin cache has been deleted and the Cloudflare CDN cache was purged after this change.
Nevertheless, the issue is still there. Strangely on the mobile version it looks just fine.

1. The search bar is somehow tied by header menu because of js: http://screencast.com/t/EpkujBGj3 To move that box in another container is required a new approach for it, new selectors, new js. This is a quite complex task which involve many customizations in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
2. nfortunately the theme don’t have an option to make the menu stinky only for desktop. However you can use this this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css to achieve a similar rezult:

… and another strange thing about the same Speed Booster.
We know that WP in the last version add dns-prefetch in to the head.
The following happens when is on or off:
- With speed-booster disabled:

I have based my settings on one of the demos. But I
can’t seem to modify this green color that appear here and
there from the “news magazine demo”. I’ve checked “Theme Panel / Theme Colors” and “general theme colors, main menu colors / mobile menu colors. But still as the page load the green lines are shown in the menu as the page loads.. it’s replaced by my settings once the page has loaded completely but it looks a bit strange.
I also disabled / enabled speed booster plugin to see if it’s cache related.. but no.
Are there more color settings?

Today I visited my site to find an Ad pop-up was happening on just about every link I clicked, the following code was causing the problem:

This was found in the header of the site.
On further investigation as to where this code was injected, I found it in the Newspaper Theme settings for the headers ad:

I’m not sure how the code was added, I don’t see any other activity or modifications other than that, I’ve since changed all my passwords.
I checked for recently modified files on the server and noticed a plugin “WordPress Maintenance Mode” seemed to have been modified. I have since disabled and deleted it, perhaps this was the way in, but I find it strange that the code was inserted in theme settings and not into an actual WordPress page like index.php

I have tested your site on every version of IE from 9 up but could not see the issue. This is truly strange.

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset dn files. There could be a plugin conflict affecting IE. I can;t say for sure as I cannot even see the error.
You might also try to update your theme and visual composer to the latest version

I’ve been forced to build a strange website wherein a post’s excerpt is acting as the entire post. Within the excerpt I have a text link, but want to force all of these links to open in a new tab. I tried updating the individual excerpt to include target=”_blank”, like the following (putting () around the tags so you can see the text)

1: I’m having a performance problem with my website/template. My site is actually without any cache system, because it doesn’t increase the performance. Yeah, it’s very strange. I’ve tested the site with/without ads (Google Ads) and with/without WP Super Cache ( I used the same settings that you raccommend in your guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ ).
These are the results of the tests with GTmetrix:

I’ve also tested the website with Google PageSpeed Load, it gave a vote of 72(min)-78(max) in Mobile View and 82(min)-85(max) in PC view.
The caching system gives one more problem to me, it doesn’t work properly with the Mobile Theme plugin and sometimes the cache shows the normal responsive theme instead of the mobile version. That’s why i’m not using it right now.

It seems to be caused by a “fail to load” of every CSS/JS files of the template (original and custom).
I don’t know if this is a problem located only on my website or of the template. Have you any idea?
