Thanks for your reply! I only have a couple of plugins in total, and it looks like they are on your official supported plugins list. Is the issue.
Are the little thumbnails on the homepage supposed to get cropped off? As I said before, for some reason when I switch it over right off all of them fit perfectly – Then as I refresh they start getting cropped off. It’s very strange, I’d be happy to provide a screenshot if that would make it easier for you to help me.

1) when i write and article and i publish it then if i press new article from the same page freezes… i have to close this tab and go to a new one to make another article and maybe i am not sure from the old article i published(back end ) whatever i do the site and the theme freezes.
2)In facebook posts the images are not the correct on. In twitter is ok , but in facebook put by its self whatever imagine it wants.
3)In google i search a post and cause is new site i enter the domain without the extension and i see only the main page and not the article post.

Hi there, I do not understand this. Every time I log into my site (from my MAC or from a PC – not using ipad or iphone for this), Wordfence registers 3 strange entries (my IP address is the only one set in the white list):

This is a strange issue. We had no reports of settings being reset by themselves. The theme does not reset your settings. it does not have any code that does that (some people even requested this but there is no such option)
This indicates a glitch somewhere. maybe a plugin conflict. It could be a number of things. What you can do is check if you meet the requirements and have the system status parameters set correctly:

Update: I found the error – it’s very strange, and it happened in both PHP files.
Even though I copied and pasted the code exactly from the line above, the code did not paste the correct version of the apostrophe character, and broke the PHP using an apostrophe that looks almost identical but must be a different character. Super strange. I had to look super close at the screen to see the difference. I had to correct this apostrophe error in both td_config and td_panel_ads files.
Now I can see it working properly with 3 custom ad sizes.

I went back to yesterday at 11 AM (server backup) ….as I didn’t lose my Theme Panel settings until maybe 2 or 3 AM today.
Didn’t do the complete database backup though. Just going to re-do the settings.
I’m thinking it has to be the Auto Theme update.
Is 1.7.1 the newest NewsMag update?

2. If a post doesn’t have a featured image set the theme load a placeholder image when this option from theme panel is enabled: http://screencast.com/t/qXc9ADVOzKOf To set a custom image you need to add an image in /images/no-thumb directory: http://screencast.com/t/VBrS8hN53 then replace in get_image() function the name of the image like here: http://screencast.com/t/CYZRDHlJs
3. In order to identify the ideal/average size you need to figure out which is the largest container that will display that particular image and upload an image bigger than that container. Then there is the post template to consider. If you use post templates with big image backgrounds (style 6, 7 or 8), then your uploaded image has to be bigger (especially on style 8). You need to asses your website’s layout (posts and block elements) and come up with an average image size that will work on smaller containers but also keep good quality on bigger ones.

The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. Hi there. Strangely I have one category where the theme breaks down. Basically it refuses to show all images. I have tried
-removing all custom css
-removing the background image
-disabling all (4) plugins
I do know that it is trying to load jquery Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)) that does not exist on the server but so far I have not been able to find the underling cause.

Hello, I bought your theme there as two days (very beautiful theme, congratulations :-))
I followed your instructions to create a child theme, but there appears to have a small problem, I want to clarify that I did not change any css for the moment or other, I just installed the demo, and set up child-theme.
Strangely there seems to be a bug, the elements are appeared in the footer (see screenshot).
Could you help me solve this problem?

If you did theme update to the new version, you have to regenerate the thumbnails for all your images. Please try the guide below to regenerate it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/ Then, please clear all caches and test again. You should to regenerate it because the new version has other thumbnails and your image have to be re-sized.

I just updated Newsmag to the latest version 2.3 and also updated Visual Composer to 4.8.1.
I expected that Tabs, Toggle, Accordion etcetera would still be available as a (usable) element.
It says Elements within this list are deprecated and are no longer supported in newer versions of Visual Composer. however I am on the latest version right?
If I look at the Visual Composer plugin page (the stand alone one) on their preview they do list them as an example:

So what I would like to know is: how can I create these elements and can I keep the ones that I created? Or should I change anything? Because when I use the latest version nothing should be deprecated there right? Strange…

This is a very strange issue and I am not sure appears like that. On our demo, for example, the block aren’t edited from more then 1 month and also the latest post was published last year, however the posts are displayed fine in blocks.
If this happens again try to clear all caches deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.

I have been getting a lot of crawling errors from google and most of them is happening because that are several internal links being found and/or created adding my website name to the end of regular URLs. It happens for categories, pages, tags, etc. Can you please give me any help? In the example below, the ending “/photocommand” does not exist, and most of the 200 errors I am getting have this ending text in the URL end.
