Good afternoon,
We run an automotive website ( https://egzostive.com/ ) that relies heavily on Envira gallery. The gallery is however very slow (when loading over 100 photos of 2-300kbyte).
As an interim solution we started implementing pagination on our articles, and putting the full gallery to the last page, but we see the following issues:
1. Since our posts feature pagination the number of page visitors are lower than the impressions. Previously, each visit and the gallery clicks counted as a page view, hence visitor counts of over 2000 was easily possible. As an example, here is an article with 1831 views: https://egzostive.com/autoworld-porsche-70/
This one has the entire article on one page, but with a painfully slow load time.
Now with pagination, the clicks on the gallery (on the last page of the post) does not seem to count. We followed this approach in most of our 2022 post, ensuring much faster load time.
2. To reduce the load speed, I tried to introduce pagination on envira gallery as well, but this seems to show some conflict with the pagination of Newspaper: by clicking on next envira page, the article reloads on page 1 (see e.g. here: https://egzostive.com/zoute-concours-2021-anniversaries-alfa-1900-countach-etype-sm-quattro/3/ ).
Is there any solution in sight?
3. Irrespectably of Envira, for the pages with several pages, the visitor stats seems to remain below actual visibility, as the stats do not seem to grow with navigating between the pages of the article..
Strangely our calendar post (https://egzostive.com/the-ultimate-2022-car-show-and-events-list/ ) does not have pagination (or Envira), and still shows a big stat discrepancy: the visitor count on the article shows 896 counts, but my WordPress dashboard shows 2651 views, which seems closer to the actual visitor figures.
Can it be that Newapper’s page-count is wrong? How can this be remedied?
4. I read that in some cases you replied that Envira is not tested, but then comes the question: what is Tagdiv’s solution for a gallery plugin? Envira is one of the most recommended plugins, and we invested considerable time and also some money in implementing it, so we would need an efficient way to harmonise our website to any other alternatives.

This is quite strange, make sure this is not a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Thank you once again! The problem was indeed due to “hidden on pagination”, but it’s strange because everything was working just fine with the “dummy” content before to delete it and to start uploading my content and I haven’t touched the settings.
But I still have the problem with the missing articles though…
Those are my settings: Settings
When I’m not in the tagDiv the last two articles from the top grid are not showing after I add new articles, but when I’m in tagDiv and delete 10 and 4 from “Extra” and re-write them again the articles can be seen I save and then they are disappearing again… I do use Unique Articles, but everything was fine.

If you go on zero waste or tools in the menu, you have all sub menus in the left displayed in a column, and also strangely there is one single line on the top with one of the sub menus categories … sorry hard to explain with words. If you go on the website, you will see the bug. I looked everywhere in the settings and found no way to correct this. I would like the submenu to be all in the left without the line on the top.

What I can suggest it is to use the featured video option and enable the sticky video options -> https://i.imgur.com/I2wEo1P.png this will work the same like the player that you are using and for you it is not display the sticky video normally.

it didn’t work then, and now I’ve shown that in the video…
something strange is happening, because everything looks fine in the editor, but when I check how the page really looks, an error occurs…
I tried to deactivate all plugins except tagdiv plugins…
I’ve been trying to solve this problem for two days, and I really don’t know what to do anymore…
can you figure out what could be the problem?

We encountered something strange while using a bulleted list in our theme.
For example we can look at an old post (all posts and or pages got the same issue)

You can see on this published post that the last line within each bulleted list is incorrect and is not showing a bullet.

Hello, although it is strange to have stopped working from one version to another, I managed to solve it by changing the logic of the filters.
I keep the ‘Single – related from tags’;
I add in the ‘multiple taxonomies filter’ the ID of the videos category (since all the program videos are there);
in the ‘filter by tag slug’ the tag ‘video-p’ (which allows identifying program videos).
Thus, the filter works – in the post of a program with a homonymous tag, the videos of that program appear in the sidebar – without having to create a single template for each program.
I’ll keep testing, but I think it’s resolved.

Hello! I’m a new Tagdiv Newspaper user and I am loving my experience so far. However I need your help to solve this strange issue I have discovered, perhaps it’s an easy fix and I’m simply not pressing a button properly (although I have been thorough)
When I load up an incognito tab and visit my webpage my nav bar is not functional. The only link that works on it is my homepage. The other links on there are categories for my magazine articles e.g. news, music, art etc but the links do not work, my mega menu does not load and they are not even clickable. Are they not loading as a href? I’m quite confused.
When I use my admin site the links work perfectly. What is happening?

Very strange: If I switch between those two options (links) in my categories, nothing happens. Both ways come out to a perfect layout-box which I want for my front-end.

I´m getting crazy with my navigation meu bar. Sometimes the sub-menu is available with the mouse and sometimes not …
Please note the video:
1. At first I go to a category. At the “top” menu and “sticky” menu the sub menu is perfectly available with my mouse
2. Then I go to a post. At the “top” menu the sub menu is available. But then I scroll down and the “sticky” menu appears … Please note how the sub menu disappears as soon as I go a little bit down with my mouse
3. The same thing happens on my home page (start page)
Question: What do I have to change in my back end to solve this problem?

Sorry I resolved my issue
For some strange reason the “nickname” field in my user profile had been cleared/removed and it no longer had the nickname “admin” within this field in user the user profile. I stumbled across this fix myself as their is no documentation about the fix to my problem published anywhere. This is also the reason why I was not able to save the disable html editor option after putting the tick in the box.
Checking for virus now.

Stuck In html editor – solution – check nickname field in user profile is not empty. If so make sure nickname is same name as the login account name

Activating the “tagDiv Standard Pack plugin” fixed the sidebar issue, but I still have this stubborn strangess in the header.
I have startet a blanc Header template, uploaded a new image in the “header logo”, saved. But when I view the page I first se my new headerimage for a second, and then it changes to my old headerimage.
(If I choose “hide” for the image, it does not show any image anymore, so I do have some control. But what I want is to show the image I have chosen…)

Hi. So Im upgrading my theme from a four year old versjon to the current, and that causes a lot of big changes so its done on a separate site.
One of my problems is that the sidebar is acting “strange”. I have downloaded “Single poste template 14”. But when I see the posts the sidebar only has some code (pasted below), and no content. (I have also set up a ekstra sidebarwidget and told the page to use that, to no avail, and If I go to appearance-customize-widget and then to a single post i get this “Your theme has 3 widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.”)
I suspect the issue is due to some old code done when the site was set up (not by me, I cant code) four years ago. But how do I fix this?

I checked the guide and all the settings are as recommended (for the plugins I use).
On my test site (which is a copy made using All in one WP) the mobile menu is displayed correctly and I also use WP Rocket on it.
It’s really strange.
