This is quite strange, usually it is vice versa, when you are logged you can see elements that are not display for unlogged users. Please check in incognito and with different browsers.
I can see in your screenshot that the space for that element is there but this is not display, it is possible to be something that is blocking it, can you check the console to see if you have some errors related to the revolution slider.

Just an update that I tried viewing the site again and it is now showing the mega menu properly so I am not sure why it was acting strange earlier.

SINGLE POST VIEWS element was added to single post template. It was removed it since we dont need it actually. Not i added it, but hide it with CSS because we definitely dont want it visible. Will it still work if it is hidden with CSS?
I actually prefer to use other option – RANDOM POST FROM LAST 7 DAYS.
The option that you refereed 7 DAYS SORTING was enable, i know that must be ON. But still does not show anything when i choose it.
Please check my website, we remove all necessary elements as date, post view etc. maybe it is because of some of them?
It is strange for me that this option does not work properly, i mean dates of posts are in WP database anyway, selecting random post from last 7 days should be a problem at all…I am a little disappointing so far with the theme, too much complicated and not structured well.

1. This is strange, the mobile page should be display only on mobile and table. Indeed this has a different link that can be accessed fi you are logged and it should display the responsive version, but the visitors should not have access to that link.
2. I just checked again the borders for email address (on mobile with android) and for me all of them from our website are ok https://i.imgur.com/p6txLzV.png
Unfortunately, I do not have an iPhone 12 to check it, but I will try to find a colleague that has.

Last night everything was working fine (isn’t that always the way?), but when I came to it this afternoon, I am finding that the top banner (menu) is acting strangely, and I can’t figure a way to get it back to how it was.
The top menu is fine, but upon scrolling, the sticky banner (with logo) appears, but without the menu items. Very strange. I have looked inside the header template, but when scrolling down to select the Menu Header Sticky, the logo element is there, as is the sticky row and column, but not the menu itself.
There are obviously two parts to this: the top section still allows me to select a menu of my choosing (all is working perfectly), but not in the sticky section; the menu has disappeared.
Please can you tell me how I can make the sticky menu items visible in the bottom section of the header template and thus the live page, too?

Hello Bettina, I tried as you suggested but I’m experiencing a strange problem: In my page I placed a loop block with 8 articles, then a banner and then another loop with 4 articles and an offset of 8
It looks ok on tagDIV composer, but when I see it on the frontend, the second loop is 8 articles with no offset.
I have no cache plugin and it’s no cache, because if I put in the second block a title, it appears correctly
Hello, thank you for your respond! Did you please try multiple products? And reload the page? Because the problem is in my personal computer (Macbook using Safari), Then on my working computer (Windows using Google Chrome) and on my second Notebook with windows using Firefox.
So on those different devices I having the same problem. All sizes (with “Button” using style) are grayed and I cant switch the size or pick the size. Its really strange. I even dont know why its working when I use “Select” style (rolling). With this style its working every time, bud with “Button” style its not working.
I was thinking about cookies problem but why just only on “Button” style? “Select” style is working normaly. Also I have different wifi at home and at work so even the wifi connection is different and always the same problem. Can I provide you some Login information for some test?
Now I test some think. I open it in new window and click on some bracelet. Then it was possible to select size (so I think its ok now) but then I click back to another bracelet and the problem is here back. It look like its works just one time and when you want add to cart another bracelet (for example to buy two or more bracelets) the size pick is not working more.

Unfortunately, I cant switch or pick any size. I just can click on it. I really dont know what is wrong. If you are able to pick Size S can you switch to size XL? If you can, try please reaload the page. One time It worked, bud when I refresh the page, then it dont work again and I was not able to pick some size or switch the size.
The main strange sting is that the whole thing is working fine with “select” option (roll option). Bud when I choose “Button” option (because I like it more) It stop working, and I cant pick up any size.
– For that footer, I try it with TagDiv composer, but I dont see option to add or delete link for example “Delivery” or “About” etc.

I am changing advertising platform. The new platform (MEDIAVINE) tells me that it encounters a “siglink” script (which I cannot see instead). That’s the problem, if you want to make the site the same as yours, with practically one image per post, I can also get that score.
The problem is when a post has many images, which is pretty much what most sites have (and the demo too), an example is your own site, look at the score it gets on the main page for having many images (this because it still uses the mobile theme and has lazyload enabled, the rocket plugin and CDN, responsive should get even worse this score), if your posts had more images, your site wouldn’t even have half of what it takes to have a decent LCP.
If you’re buying a theme and you can’t even use the demo with a good performance, it’s at least strange to continue betting on the theme, since I work with other themes and they with many images score more than enough to pass these tests of the Core Web Vitals.

We are trying to follow best practices and eliminate ads that appear right before (above) the content of the post. Which we did.
But since we don’t have control over where google ads popup on tablets, etc… do you know by any chance of google will consider it a bad practice if it sticks it right below the main section slider on the home page?
It would be strange for google to penalize websites for placing auto ads that google decides itself to place in specific places.

This situation it is quite strange and I say this because if should be something from the theme, I think that always should display hat error or if is a particular part of the theme, then it should display the error when you access that section.
Now this problem can be from different situations, for example it can be from a plugin conflict, for some settings or from some custom code set in the theme, theme files or .htaccess, wp-config.php or functions.php so we need to identify exactly from where it is coming the problem.
First please make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ (make sure that you set the wp memory limit and that you add that code in htaccess).
After that another think that need to be checked it is to make sure that the theme and theme plugins were installed correctly, for this you can reinstall the theme via FTP/cPanel and install/update the theme plugins from Newsmag > plugins.
In case that you made all above steps and the problem it is still persisting, then we need to make some deep investigations, starting with the extra plugins that you use.

I am using latest theme version on all three web sites.
I read most of links you wrote.
What is strange to me is that desktop version has PIS 90-96 and mobile PSI is 60-70.
To me it seems like some problem in serving mobile version.
Maybe mobile image since Largest Contentful Paint for mobile is 6.6. even with CDN.
I don’t expect support for speed but I think this is related to serving mobile version to visitors?
What is your experience? Should mobile version be as fast as desktop version regarding theme?

I have big difference in mobile and desktop PageSpeed Insights.
PageSpeed Insights for desktop version is above 90. It can go to 95 and even 98.
At the same time PageSpeed Insights for mobile version is much lower – 55 to 70.
On two sites I have cloud template and on third I use default template.
I expected cloud template for mobile will give speed boost.
I know speed depends on web hosting server but on one site I use CDN and on one I have semi-dedicated hosting.
It is strange that at the same measurement in PageSpeed Insights there is always same difference between mobile and desktop page version.
For example:
Mobile version:
Largest Contentful Paint: 6.6 s
Total Blocking Time: 330 ms
Time to Interactive: 6.0 s
First Contentful Paint: 2.8 s
Desktop version:
Largest Contentful Paint: 1.0 s
Total Blocking Time: 10 ms
Time to Interactive: 1.1 s
First Contentful Paint: 1.0 s
That is for site with Cloud template and CDN.
Is that normal? Do you have any suggestion what to check in theme?
On site that is using non-Cloud template I don’t use mobile theme version.
I plan to cange that site to Cloud template.
GT metrix is great and is above 90. It goes up to 98%.

This is a strange situation, normally if the theme is working correctly for a time, then something is interfering with it, it can be some extra plugins maybe something for cache or optimizing, or maybe some object cache. How often this situation appears? Can you make a test using only the theme and theme plugins on subdomain or on localhost to see if the problems are still persisting, in this case we can restrict the area of problem.

I’m able to use TagDiv Composer to edit all my templates, except the footer, strangely.
I’ve even downloaded a new footer template, and the Composer is unavailable for that one as well.
It’s as if I had toggled off the possibility to use TD Composer for footers… which is strange.
Any idea what could be causing the issue?

Alright! I got the header on the homepage and changed the tagline font as you instructed here! yay!
I think I only have one last question related to this matter: I can not figure out how to get the header on the pages and posts, somehow that is not happening. I do not have the “edit in tagDIV” option on the posts and pages as I have on the homepage.
Also, strangely, a lot of my setting in the theme panel do not seem to be connected/reflecting on my site. AKA, when I make changes (such as hiding the author box) I do not see that happening after I hit save.
