there is a strange situation related to the plugin. when I made this post – I changed the AMP option – from default to transition. the site returned to normal operation; today, as soon as I woke up – the site was totally unconfigured in the mobile option; I did the same procedure again – I pressed in transition on the AMP – and managed to get the site back to normal. what should I do to permanently resolve the error?

After I create a new template from my theme’s cloud template library, save it, and close it, I can’t edit it anymore because the button “Edit with Tagdiv Composer” disappears. And that’s strange because at the first two templates I have installed, the button appears. I think it may be a memory limit of some sort.

1- Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
This message appears when i try editing to homepage with TD composer. It’s strange that getting error only on homepage editing.

I’m sure that I do not have a plugin conflict because I do not have any plugins except tagDiv ones. I deactivated child theme and cleared all cache
2- Social Counter not working. The instagram end twitter social counters were not working and the count had to be done manually.

Hello, I have a strange issue with my websites. I have a multisite WordPress. In one of those sites that uses newspaper template i run a cronjob that imports few articles every hour. When the cron runs for a reason I cannon identify the theme settings are overwritten and have to import them again with the base64 string. Can you help me with that?

1. I Just test it on all devices and for me the hidden option is working, just make sure that you are not using some plugins that interfere with the theme.
2. Please normal the mobile theme plugin should use these thumbs, what you can do is to try to regenerate the thumbs using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

This is strange, I just test it and for me is working on EDGE https://i.imgur.com/WM6JcE0.png please make a test only with tagDiv plugins. Also please disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins, sometime some times this steps can fix this kind of problems.

This is a strange case and I think is only for the new mobile version.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also another thing that you can do is to disable, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer from newspaper > plugins

i am using elementor as a page builder. I created a wordpress post and used a shortcode for an elementor template. The the shortcode is working but then the title of the story is dissapearing – it is very strange. is there a workaround for this. there is obviously a conflict somewhere. this is very important to me that i can get this done

This problem can be if your image size is to low (for this you can use our guide from here) or if you have set a thumb instead the full image in your posts -> https://i.imgur.com/X6kCYAP.png also it can be a plugin that is compressing the images.

Every few weeks, strange warnings appear in my error log. They often go away. Once, it slowed my site to a crawl and I had to do emergency repairs. So I am worried if such a thing happens again.
The errors always have to do with a failure to “open stream” or failure to “enable crypto”. Error log example warming:

Another:
