This is strange, if these are visible in cloud template then should be visible on article too, only if the article do not has these element add will be hide.
Please make sure that is not a plugin conflict, if the problem persist, please provide me a link where I can inspect these elements if are not hide.

This is quite strange, make sure that when you edit with tagDiv Composer that flex block has selected all categories or a specific category whet you have assigned posts -> https://i.imgur.com/QwCRg90.jpg if is still not working, what you can do is to add a new flex block element and use the right click to copy and page the style from one flex to the other one.

The size of this image can differ when the image that you are using do not has a regular size, some time this can be fix using the regenerate plugin to create that thumb size also make sure that the size thumb is enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/MBi5Eos.png -> https://i.imgur.com/TpwCaxV.png

Hmm this is a strange situation, usually the problems are caused by untested plugin or custom code set in theme. Please make a test and disable all plugins except tagDiv plugins and check again also if you have some custom css/js code set in theme panel remove it until you see if the menu started to work again.

We are experiencing a weird issue with the sidebars on the article pages of https://irishgolfer.ie – so for example on https://irishgolfer.ie/latest-golf-news/2020/10/06/bridgestone-race-set-for-close-finish-at-rosapenna/
Basically, whenever we ad a an ad block with a custom ad shortcode to one of the sidebars they stop being sticky and no longer follow you down the page as you scroll. You can see on the example page a left sidebar that is sticky (no ad inserted) and a right side bar that has the ad inserted and is no longer sticky.
If we remove the ad, it is sticky again. It’s very strange!
We have been struggling with this issue for a number of weeks now so any help would be appreciated. Any ideas?

I have created a few category templates via Cloud Library. With some of them I have a strange error.
Another completely strange problem occurs since yesterday: WP has 256 MB allocated and 99% of those 256 MB memory are always in use!!!

This is strange, if the ads are displaying in chrome it should display in other browsers too.
Please clear all cache if you are using ache plugins and try in incognito on both browsers to see if the ads are displaying, if not please provide me a link to your website.

This is very strange, also is the first time for me when I heard about this kind of problem.
Let’s try to figured out what can be the problem:
1. Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
2. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi, our theme is generating thumbs or each image in the moment that this is uploaded in media, therefore for each thumb enable in theme panel it will be generate a thumb and this will be crop to can fit with the thumb size, also you can use our guide from here to regenerate these thumbs -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

1. We are editing the header template directly on website from homepage.
This is strange, please make a test with a banner/image to see if this is displaying.
2. The mobile header ads should be the same on responsive as on mobile theme plugin, at list for me are working and it should work for you too, we’ll make it to work.

I understand it’s not issue but I really find it strange that you can do this with virtually every other theme on the market apart from this one, it seems such a simple thing to do, surely there has to be an option. The white space on the sides is great but it’s just too much. It looks terrible on larger monitors with the white space overpowering and the content looks like it’s all squished up in the centre.

After installing Yoast SEO plugin the TD Composer plugin is not working anymore.
I have tried to uninstall Yoast, TD Composer and re-install it but the problem persists.

The strange thing that I get a blank page error. I thought it was a PHP error but is not. When I see the HTML source everything seems to be OK but in the chrome console I get a 500 error.
When I uninstall TD Composer everything works fine.

This is a strange case, most of the times is related to some untested plugins. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache.

Friday from 12.40 until 13.00 Italian hours and also on Saturday (from 12.00 to 13.00) we encountered problems: the site did not load and gave a blank page (it kept trying to load without ever opening). Then the problem solved itself.
This is not the first time this has happened, but for a few weeks we have updated everything to the latest version.
The shared hosting provider (Aruba) says the problem could also be the theme or plugins (so they say when it occurs they recommend renaming the wp-plugins folder). It seems strange to us …
Could it be from newspapers, as they say, or from plugins attached to newspapers? Or can it depend on other plugins or the server, as we fear, that they manage?
What advice can you give us?
We had thought of making an exact copy of the site (same version of wp, plugins, php, etc.) on another domain (discouraging the indexing of the site) to see if the same problem occurs when the problem occurs on centumcellae.it occurs simultaneously on the copy …
Can this be a useful test?
Another thing we can think of: can it be due to jetpacks?

The site was working perfectly for about 2 months. After the error 500 appear, I made changes to review the problem. And the main problem is just one page -> https://progresohispanonews.com/noticias-principales/
I used another page as the homepage, while I fix this one.
I think that is something strange in the code generated by tagdiv and show error 500, and now is loading but the content is not working properly.
Can you check again please.
