No search results were found in Documentation!
Something very strange and after a lot of tinkering I need some help, on mobile the as code shows but the ad does not display. The ad code displays in the source code but the ad does not populate.
If I use adsense it works fine, but with dfp it won’t load. I have disabled caching/compression, bypassed advanced ads but I have the same issue. Please note this is only with the header ad, all the other ads work fine.

Hi,
I notice that when using Cloud Template I get 404 errors in Google Search Console. Not if I only download them, but actually use them. Search Console always shows two links for each template. The number inside the link of cause changes with the template number used.

Since i started using Jetpack together with Newspaper, i started to have errors, strange problems in my admin panel like shaking, duplicating sections etc.

I’m having a strange problem.
Google AdSense seems to have some sort of problem on the theme’s desktop version, because only the sidebar ad loads every time you visit a page, the others (In-Article and below the News ticker) show up only 1 time out of 10 or never. You can see only the area taken by the blank ad.
I verified the code something like 100 times: getting the code from Google Adsense website and pasting it in the slot.
I also tried to put the code under div tags but nothing happened.
Furthermore when i load the page with the Firefox inspector, it shows this warning “unreachable code after return statement” for the gtag.js, but Chrome reports nothing.
The header ad is a Text/image, Responsive. The Article ad is a Native Inarticle, Responsive. Both results as Active on my account.
I really don’t know why this is happening, can you help me somehow?

This is strange since this is a host setting; why can’t they help? You cannot increase these from the theme. They have to be increased from the host.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cpanel access and we will try to increase them from there. Hopefully there are no limitations from your host in this regard.

For AMP Auto Ads, we don’t need to enter the ad codes in the theme panel. The ads will be automatically inserted into the website. This is the strange point that the ads don’t automatically show up.

Their response is rather strange, sorry! Please notice that our theme requirements are here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ If that hosting provider cannot satisfy them, we will give your money back but I doubt this. Please notice that many of our clients are working with this type of dedicated server and they do not have any problems.

Strange answer… The error was quite specific to your plugin, nothing else.
Managed to figure it out myself: The header style 3 setting was lost, simply had to reset it.

I have a little problem with the mobile menu.
I want to remove all mobile menu items, like search button, and the orange bar (in my case).
Ok, but why i want it ?
Its because i will use UberMenu, In the desktop it’s works perfectly.
In mobile, i have a little strange behavior in the page loading.

To test this I have just deleted ANY url in the theme panel > logo header – I went into a separate browser and the CSS has not updated! What is going on I wonder? This is very strange.
The save function in the theme panel is not updating my edits.

Maybe the hosting could take a look, especially if both of your websites use the same hosting provider. I have not seen this before as well, also online I found no similar issue.
The server should have the GD library extension enabled for image processing, you could check that as well

Hi,
After activating the child theme the home page and category pages has a normal header, but the content below is white blank. In the browser console it shows a 500 error. Regular pages (with out tagdiv composer blocks) and single posts works fine. The strangest thing is that when the the homepage loads and show blank area on the content part, the homepage works fine when clicking at “home” on the navigation (which directs to the very same page), but while just performing a manual page refresh the content is blank. Any idea?
Thanks for the prompt reply! The strange thing is that I didn’t update the theme at all yesterday or today. I just logged in WordPress just to find out that my tagdiv composer plugin was disabled automatically. BUT there was an option to update it. Isn’t that weird? In the meantime, I hadn’t installed any new plugins so I really can’t tell what had happened.

This has happened twice already: I log on to my website just to find out that the tag div composer has been disabled and my website breaks. Again this morning tag div composer was disabled automatically. I think this might be happening every time there is a new tag div composer update, for a strange reason my previous version gets disabled until I press on the update button. Is this a bug?
I am experiencing issues with the newspaper theme.
I am using block 4 on this page: durham diocese.org/vacancies/
Unless the user has an account on the site and is logged in, filtering the the block display of articles gives strange results.
The block is set up to display only two categories, ID 850 and 851
(Clergy and Other), if logged in then this all works fine – All gives all results from the two categories etc.
If not logged in filtering rings up other categories.
I have tried replacing the block and the same problem occurs also in other places on the site where block filters are used.
Please help.

It seems rather strange that it works on the Newspaper AMP theme (by AMP for WordPress) which tends to strip down everything.
Normally it’s the other way around, fancy thinks don’t work in AMP.
Maybe the Newspaper is having a code line which does prevent shortcodes to show. These are simple text output short code, e.g. displaying a product price.

By default WordPress displays your posts in the frontage, sorted by latest. In this case if you want to keep using a blog style homepage, the module used to display the posts can be changed here

Also a sidebar can be set there if required.
You can alternatively create a page with the elements you want and set that as a static homepage (you are using one right now it seems)

I see there are thumbnail problems, this happens when the theme is applied to existing content. In this case you can regenerate the thumbanils

The issue is that the green stroke stroke should not even appear in this place. The CSS-code to change the header background-image doesn’t tell the theme to place a header image in this place, so it’s very strange that this happens.
Could you please help me with some other input?

I did some testing around and so far I only see this happens when I save in the WordPress editor. When I only save in composer, nothing strange seem to happen.
Seems like a strange thing then coz I tested other few templates and it is only 17 returning the error. Guess I will have to deactivate the plugin for now and stick with the default templates. My focus has been on speed and overall user experience (hence minimal look), and the full template which was my next desire is deteriorating speed. Let me try on a testing site and see if the issue occurs. Thanks anyway.
I just notices that Social Counteris not counting followers after 4.4 update. I’m not sure when it stopped but it was very close to latest update. Besides strange thing happend to widgets because SC dissapeared from all my custom widgets.
PS. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram ID’s are correct

It seems to be strange! If you will check our demo here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ic40TECMF you will see that the logo works as expected on AMP version. Most likely, the problem is only at your website, unfortunately! I suggest you make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing with the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, use only the required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
