It will be necessary to go to Newspaper > System status and there click on the reset key button, after that use the new license key to activate the theme.

I’ve recently started editing my WordPress website using the Newspaper theme, and so far everything seems to be working smoothly. However, I noticed that in the ‘System Status’ section of the theme panel, the caching plugin status is marked in yellow. It also recommends using WP Super Cache.
Since I’m hosted on Cloudways, I have Breeze and Object Cache Pro available, and both are currently active on my site. Could you kindly clarify why the system status shows a yellow color status, even though these plugins for caching and are in use? Is this expected behavior, or is there a recommended solution for this setup?
How to edit a post? I mean can I edit the post content with TagDiv composer, or just with the Gutenberg?
What I’ve done so far:
– I’ve successfully installed and registered the latest (Version: 12.7.1 ) TagDiv NewsPaper, System Status is all OK.
– Then I imported the Architecture prebuilt web site with content.
– Now I try to edit an existing Post, say “MIT Named World’s Top Architecture School for Third Year in a Row”.
As far as I see, for Posts I can not see the Edit with TagDiv Composer on the WP top bar, it is just for Pages, so for example for Home (which is a page) I see Edit with TagDiv Composer on the WP top bar, but for the Post like “MIT Named World’s Top Architecture School for Third Year in a Row” I can not see.
– OK, so I click on Edit Post, which brings me to the Gutenberg Classic, see below:
I am a bit confused. I do understand the theme settings and the single page templates concept on basic level, but is this the way how I place my Post content? In Gutenberg Classic? (If I switch to block mode then I got this:
…which I also do not want.
What am I missing?
I mean, how to edit Post _Content_

Hi samhenes, if you have Newsmag version 5.4.3.3 then the theme banners from dashbord are already removed, but the button from the system status was forgotten and not removed, it gives that error because that ajax function no longer exists.

I went into the Theme panel to delete all the demo ad code. That didnt kill the header ad.
I went onto the ThemeForest Comments, saw the option for TagDiv advertisement found in System Status. When I toggled it, then left that page to any other one, the ad wouldnt go away. I’d go back to System Status and it would be toggled on. I checked the Chrome Developer Console, and it throws an error.

Unfortunately a license can be used only on 2 domains, sorry! But if you have a second one, you can use that one to activate the theme on the 3th domains (go to system status and make sure that the second license is used there, if not, use the rest key button and after that use the key to activate the theme).
In case that us still have problems with the license, but those are not used on more then 2 live domains, then you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license keys to check them were and how are used.

Ok, what you can do is to make sure that you cleared all cache from your website and no cache is apply when you are logged in.
If the problem persist, please go to Newspaper > System status and click on reset key, after that use the key to reactivate the theme (make sure no cache is apply on backend)

I have purchased the Newspaper theme (version 12.7.1) and currently use it on my website: https://hunedoara1tv.ro.
The theme was successfully activated and shows as REGISTERED in the WordPress admin panel. However, after some time, it deactivates itself without any manual changes on my part.
I’ve checked the system status, and all server requirements are met:
PHP version: 8.4.6
WP Memory Limit: 512MB
PHP Max Input Vars: 15000
Execution Time: 600
Could this be caused by a server communication issue with your license server or a license conflict? I have not used this license on any other live site.
Please help me identify and resolve the issue. Let me know if you need any logs or additional information.

Thank you very much for your reply and the clarification regarding the cache behavior of Flex Blocks.
We are already familiar with the method described in the link you provided, and we have used the theme panel’s cache clearing option under System Status. Unfortunately, this does not resolve the issue we are facing.
The main problem is that the Block Cache Expiration Time setting does not seem to work as intended, as also mentioned by other users in the support thread. As a result, the mobile version of our homepage does not update and continues to display outdated content — which makes it effectively non-functional.
At the moment, we have been forced to disable the mobile frontpage layout entirely, and mobile users are now served the desktop homepage as a fallback.
Please, we kindly ask for your urgent assistance in identifying a working solution. We are running a high-traffic news website and need the mobile homepage to function reliably with fresh content.

The cache option from blocks will apply individually for each block in part and it will not be clear when you clear the cache from cache plugin, what you can do to clear the cache from all blocks is to use the theme panel cache option under system status – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/ this should resolve the problem.

A license key can be used only on 2 domains, in case you have more then 2 domains then you’ll need more license keys.
Now You can check in Newspaper > System status if a current license key is assigned or not to the domain (check the status, if is active, then is assigned, if is inactive is not assigned, also in case that the license is not assigned on 2 domains in the right of the status you’ll have for your domain the possibility to assign the license, but in case you already have it on 2 domains those options will be locked up).
In case that you have the key on a domain that no longer exists or no longer use the theme, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the full license key and let us know the domain that should be removed.

If you get a message like this“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” ,then you can solved this problem in this way:
go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png

Hi Support.
I have 8 licenses for Newspaper. Yesterday I upgraded one of my sites and today I am getting the message below. However, on another site (https://bida.ro/) it is saying 12.6.9 is the latest version of NewsPaper. So I am just wondering if this is a common error and I should just wait 24 hours or so?
