Hi, there is content on the homepage I would like for people to see with their phones. Not at the end of the page, above all content, under the header. How can I turn off the mobile theme? This is a deal breaker for me, I just purchased this theme and can’t use it if I am limited in this way. I need to be able to update the homepage content for mobile users!
Since installing the last update, attempts to edit pages with TD Composer result in a 404 error. This worked fine before installing the update.
Attempted to resolve the problem by deactivating the TD theme and the plugins, deleting the plugins and then physically removed the folders from /themes/ and /plugins/ and then reinstalled the theme via FTP and let the theme pull in the TD Composer plugin during activation. I did this a couple times with no benefit.
Then swapped out all but the TD plugins and that didn’t help.
Suggestions for debugging? What more/better information do you need from me?

It’ll help us reduce the number of new plugins that we need to install. The only other option is deleting the post / page which violates Adsense, but that would mean reduction in traffic.
Is there any update on this particular feature ?
Today there are another update (15 march in envato market) but in the changelog there is not any information.

Ok found the answer in the support board Waiting for an update.
Update the theme plugins as well, they should update automatically but sometimes it fails. Deactivate and delete the old composer plugin and multi-purpose plugin

Also if you by any change changed the theme name or you are using a child theme with a custom name, change them to default.
@raznawa Those errors will be displayed when you have selected multi-purpose styles, then the multi-purpose plugin has been deactivated (is inactive). Activate it and there should be no more errors.

Indeed, there is a built in cache limiting Instagram updates to an interval of 3 hours. There is no option to disable this caching unless you remove it from the theme code

Also there is an issue currently with the Instagram functionality, they made some changes on their part. We are working to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Please disregard #1, it was my mistake. Newspaper folder was wrongly
uploaded through FTP inside the existing Newspaper folder. Fixed it now and
it works flawlessly.

Mobiles only show one burger menu – the main menu, not the top menu. Please
check http://www.lwstaff.com with a mobile.
As for the thumbnails, again please visit http://www.lwstaff.com and check “From
Steve’s Desk” and “Scheduled On Line Events” categories. It is obvious that
there is an imbalance regarding the thumbnails. Both categories are blog2
layout and autofeed. The “Scheduled On Line Events” posts are created
before the installation of Newspaper. Please check thumbnail creation
because the “Entraining Light” post has the same featured image dimensions
(1920×1080) as “5 Words in Time” yet the thumbnail appears smaller and
blurred. And this happened today when I removed the featured image and set
it up again after updating the post. To me this means that there is a
problem when generating thumbnails.
I have deactivated all plugins except TagDiv Composer but nothing changed.
So, main problems are:
1. Mobiles don’t show the top menu
2. Thumbnails in posts after Newspaper installation appear smaller and
blurred.

Indeed, the notices the plugin provides should be ignored. The bundled version does not need any activation. Updates will be provided by us along theme updates. The WPBakery page builder plugin is located in the plugins folder, in the full theme package

That is where all the plugins always have been located. Before the tagDiv composer was introduced, Visual composer could be installed via theme plugins panel section

I’m still having problem with the fonts and business theme.
On a site that I used the default theme, the custom fonts and all the custom css load immediately. My problem is the business theme.
I like it and I want to use it but this is a problem that needs a solution. Editing the style.css is not a solution as there will be issues with future updates.
Do you by any chance have the custom css of business theme to add it directly instead of importing the options?
I have Newsmag but am a bit concerned about the lack of features that have been rolled out in the Newspaper theme such as the AMP optimized version of the site. Is there an estimate of how long it will take for tagdiv to release an update? Otherwise, is it worth migrating to the Newspaper theme instead?

I know the IG component in the footer is not a live widget – is there anyway to force an update to the server as it is a bit frustrating having delayed content to a few times a day in the year 2018 🙂

Then in that same article just beneath the above quote, it walks you thru updating the plugin manually. But, it doesn’t tell you where to find the Newspaper-tf/plugins/js_composer.zip file. I tired to find it in the Nespaper Theme zip file, but it is not in there.
Does it need updated or not? I want the update warning to go away and I have the latest version of the theme.

I’m seeing this on my site too. Just updated to Newspaper 8.7.2 and noticed a Facebook button appearing at the bottom of my posts in a td-post-sharing-classic div.
I didn’t make any changes to any theme options, and definitely didn’t enable any sharing plugins, since I use Social Warfare to handle my floating share buttons.
Is this custom CSS really the only way to handle this? Why is it appearing, if I didn’t enable anything, and why isn’t there a way to disable it via the theme panel?
Update: I tried both custom CSS mentioned here, and neither worked.
I made the 8 march update, after i cant save anything, it keeps loading forever

If the theme ad spots are not sufficient, the only option would be to implement the ads thorough a plugin. I couldn’t say if there are any plans to make modifications to the ads in the theme at the moment.
Most theme users that want more advanced ad settings recommend the Adrotate plugin. This is compatible with the theme based on user feedback. Here are some guides if you would like to try
