Yes, you should update the theme to the latest version of it. The 7.2 PHP version is supported. Also, regarding on 502 Bad Gateway Error, after further deeper investigations, it seems that happens due to a setting from the server, regarding on SSL. This option force to rewrite external links and this function seem to break our TD Composer, sorry! Please disable it. In the future, we will consider finding a solution in this case, sorry!

Notice that the new update has been fully tested and we do not have encountered any errors regarding on this. Our recommendation is to update the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Before each update, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data.

Also please update the theme again to version 8.7.1 as there were a few important fixes in place that could also fix the issue you are having
Please also update the theme plugins by disabling and deleting the ones you currently have installed and install them again from the 8.7.1 package.

That is a method of updating the theme. Each update packages contains a patch folder

You can update the theme by replacing the current files with the ones from the patch folder. That would be helpful if you made direct modifications to the theme files.

Above you should find the recommended procedure. Basically, you should start making (recreate) your website from scratch. In the future, please notice that you should keep up the steps with the theme updates if you want to achieve best theme results. Until now, why do you have not updated the theme? Hi,

That issue happens when both composers are active (tagDiv composer and Visual composer). If you built the website with Visual composer and also used it on posts, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. Then everything should display like before.

The tagDiv composer is automatically activated when the theme is installed or updated.
