Please make sure that you update the theme according to our documentation, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Mobile theme, clear all caches, purge cdn files if your’re using then test the site again.

If the social counter does not show any likes or followers here are the steps you need to take:

1. Please make sure the theme and the plugin are up to date. Update your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
And then update the social counter plugin by disabling your current one and deleting files from the plugins section of wp. Then install the social counter version that comes with the latest theme version from here:

2. After everything is up to date, you need to follow this guide very carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/

3. After you set everything according to the guide, please clear all caches and reset cdn files if you use it. Also allow it a bit of time as it;s not a live count and is affected by cachee.

If the counter still does not work, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and a link to your site so we can investigate.

If the rich pins worked up until now, it is probably because Pinterest changed their api. This happens a lot of times with social networks but we never advertised rich pins to work with our theme. They worked out of the bat and now they don’t but we never implemented anything special in this regard and we never said we did. We cannot be held responsible for something that we did not test and recommend with our theme or advertise as working and recommended. Please understand that we can only guarantee the features we create and adjust on every update of our theme. External untested features such as the rich pins are not part of the theme. What I can do is add it as a suggestion for future updates so they become part of the theme implementation as code will have to be added to our theme in order for them to work and the code needs to be adapted when Pinterest decides to change their code as it’s the case with all of the networks in our social counter.
You can try the method posted by @listsy as it seems to work for him and it will probably work for you as well.
I will add this feature request to our list and hopefully our developer team will decide on adding the proper schema info and og image required by Pinterest.

You will have to re-create your youtube playlist because the code that I provided you above added an empty array which cleared the cache memory and that’s why now you will not have the video. The implementation of this is not a simple task and require to do some additional customization through the code until you bring as you wish. We will consider to implement in our future updates.

It seems the breadcrumb container is still there. You can remove it with this code:

As for the mobile theme, this is an issue caused by the latest version of wordpres and wp super cache. The plugin was not updated to support the latest version of WP. Here is a temporary fix until they update the plugin:

Please notice that our theme keeps all the post meta in a variable which has a permanent cache and that’s why the title will not be renewed when changes on Youtube, for example. We will try to make a system which clearing all the data and will refresh in the future theme updates. As a hint, you will have to edit the td_video_playlist_render.php core file and add this snippet of code to reinitialize the meta, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/nHqaO7ISOKJY You can try this quick solution but please notice and see how it works.
Please notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you or you will have to wait until we will implement this feature in our theme.
