Hello Pratul!
There is a 520 error from Cloudflare in your mobile shop. I can see that you have the mobile theme plugin installed on your homepage.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
I’m creating new categories and defining them in the tagdiv composer but they do not show on the front end despite them being updated on the homepage. Can’t someone help with what I’m doing wrong?
I have noticed this in the server, we have continuous visits from ips from rumania and netherlands asking for “/wp-json/tdw/save_css”. Fortunately this petitions are resolve with 403 instead this ips are not blocked. Look the screenshot: https://ibb.co/SnpVDsL
This happened months ago too. A code was inserted in template css and javascripts options boxes when you look there. Then you update the theme, and it seems that petition to be solved with a 403. It seemed they (I mean the hackers) disappears but since a couple of weeks I have noticed they are asking for CSS again because they know you have a vulnerability there. Today they are asking without stops, sometimes more than 50 times per minute…
Someone is attacking your theme without stop. You should take a look to this issue. Right now, fortunately, I have not been injected but they could find a new way again. This is a long-standing problem.

Hi
My website https://anopenedmind.com is showing some issues recently. Theme is updated already as well as WordPress. Whenever I post something new, it used to appear on the Homepage as latest post. But now it does not. However, the post can be seen if you browse to its specific category.
Similar strange problem happening in my WooCommerce shop recently. Recently published shop items do not appear on Desktop but they appear on mobile. It does not look like cache problem otherwise how it can appear on mobile. However, I tried clearing browser cache, server cache, CDN cache. Nothing helps.
Please see https://anopenedmind.com/shop/ both in mobile and Desktop. You will understand.
Can you tell me how to solve both the problems?
Thanks
Pratul
Hello Des!
Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
If you use cloud templates, please edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.
If you use the mobile theme plugin, then check in the Newspaper-> Theme panel-> Translations-> Translations and replace the words on the right side.
Thank you!
Hi there
It’s been more than 3 months I have turn off the publish date from the theme. I had used coding on css also tried WP Meta and Date remover and still using this plugin. Some of my post has no publish or updated date on google but some posts are still showing the date which is not related to publish date.
I wanted to remove the code from theme but I can not find the code from theme editor.
This is the what I would like to do ;
”To do so, navigate to Appearance → Theme Editor from your WordPress dashboard.
Under the Template-parts folder, select the template file, mostly named content.php, and remove the date code.”
The problem is there is not content php on my theme editor and also there is no Template-parts folder section as well. Could you please help ? Is there somethings wrong with my theme ?
Hello @alex!
Yes, and we do not recommend making changes directly to the files. My colleague fixed this issue on hover, and the changes will be applied in the next update.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello!
Delete the plugin and re-install it again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
Thank you!
I recently purchased Newspaper theme and I installed it successfully. When I activate tagDiv Cloud Library Plugin it’s AUTOMATICALLY DISABLED. And error shows like this:
PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:
tagDiv Cloud Library
For update please check the Plugins section
Main things to watch out for:
– custom CSS in ‘theme’ panel, might be better in customizer; but expect some stuff will need update due to different ‘selectors’
– probably have to rebuild home page in theme builder (just like going from newsmag 3 to 5)
– probably need to redo sidebars (make sure to copy/backup any custom stuff into external file to redo)
– may have to redo header and footer
– will likely have to choose new defaults, for post template, archive templates
Not too horrible. But staging site recommended.
One thing I am testing out now is “WP-Staging” plugin which is kinda cool for this kind of thing.
(( disclaimer: I don’t work here just way early adopter years and years ago in the TagDiv multiverse 🙂 ))
We had some weirdness the other day with one of our old sites running Newsmag 3 also; the menus got rearranged oddly – suddenly the top bar was the main nav bar. I reset that easily, but only updates were on the web server itself for PHP 7x and such. This happened prior to the latest WordPress update today.
We’ve got one site migrated to NM5 and PHP 8.1 and minor pain; really just rebuilding home page elements, but code is a little cleaner now. Most of the tricky stuff now in the composer plugin, following the practice of stuff like elementor, etc. — way less file withing file within file and endless redirects like v3 (ahem).
Anyway: this only happened on (1) site; with NM3x (final version), and PHP 7.x. But scanned site for malware and nothing found, so chalking that up to some oddity on server. Not using ‘Visual Composer’ – only TagDiv Composer.
Good time to move to Newsmag v5, frankly.
Advisable, but I didn’t do it: turn debug on in the wp-config file to write error log into content folder; then check it for anything notable beyond deprecation warnings. 🙂
Hi Anamira,
we want the way to create and show a liveblog
similar to this https://www.amarujala.com/live/rajasthan/jaipur/rajasthan-band-on-6-december-to-oppose-rajput-karni-sena-president-sukhdev-singh-gogamedi-murder-in-jaipur-2023-12-06?src=trending
which will have timeline about the updates
After setting up the website, any update to the text, menu, or images completely disconfigures the website in both the web and mobile versions.
The website was finished and put online, however, no matter how small the change in the text, for example, the website is disconfigured, the banners appear out of order, the home areas are all mixed up
I’ve already increased the php memory and I’m also using a plugin to clear the cache
Hello Des!
Please check in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Ads -> https://app.screencast.com/4XFtcRqew45gb and set your correct link there.
It should work well because I’ve tested it in the latest update of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please deactivate all the non-tested plugins with our theme before updating.
Update WordPress, PHP, the theme, and plugins to the latest version.
Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Yes, Bettina.
When I make the page in WordPress’s own page composer, the payment options appear. When I use the TagDiv Composer, the payment options give an error.
The site is currently down for maintanance on our end, but will be back live in a couple days. I’ll update this thread once the site is back up. Please don’t close it.
I’ve switched to the WordPress pages currently, but would really prefer that the site runs on TagDiv Composer, because of the additional options that are available.
Regards,
Khalid
Same problem here. And it’s pretty easy to fix it. Unfortunately few updates passed and it hasn’t been solved.
In Td cloud plugin:
td-cloud-library\state\single\tdb_state_single.php
In get_posts() function on line 2399 you need to add to parameters array this:
‘numberposts’ => -1,
Please make this fix in next update. Because every time i change it directly there, your update with this bug will rewrite my fix.
Hello Alex,
I think that I understand what you want to tell us. I made some tests and I manage to cache the situation. It looks that the icon is set in i element and this has set a title (mail-1) that is displayed when the hover is used on the element -https://i.imgur.com/hQoZjRh.png I think that instead of setting the parameter related to the name of the social element in the title section, the one for the icon was mistakenly. This problem has been solved on dev and will be introduced in the next update, until then if you want we can implement the manual fix if it is necessary now.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello @bananaj!
I’ve tested on the latest update of the theme, and this is working as it should.
Please update the theme and plugins too.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
@anamaria several of us have the same problem. So apparently there is a big problem here that needs to be addressed. Many of us have sent you emails about this and have not gotten a response. It’s been over a week for me and you all have complete access to everything right now. Perhaps it’s time to listen to your customers and figure out what’s causing this error rather than tell people to update and then try it. It’s been well over 6 weeks that I’ve been dealing with this. I am about to lose my entire business because of this.
Hi,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
We solved and we added in every update improvements for security. If you want, we can take a look, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and cPanel access.
Thank you!
Hi there,
I have a request for a future update to improve the customization of the theme.
Would it be possible to add some options on the Image Info Box block to adjust the horizontal and vertical position of the image that is inside the block? That would be very handy!
Thank you very much in advance.
