After the update the embedded WordPress posts do not work anymore, Is this a wordpress problem or a theme problem?
Hello Good day to all,
I install the Newspaper theme this morning and followed the instructions.
It is set to go, but every time I try upload my logo, favicon and for example YouTube Api Key; it takes ages to save and never save.
The Loop goes round and round and round never ending.
Really frustrating.
How can I resolve this problem?
Theme updated and all required plugins work smoothly.
I need to get this going please.

After upgrading to the latest version 12.6.2, our website broke down in several places.

My newspaper theme not showing update new version button. currently I am using 10 version of newspaper. please help
Update: I’ve figured out where the row/column functions are BUT, how do I set it so that my top slider is 3 columns wide but the content underneath is 2/1? Right now, if I choose 2/1 then EVERYTHING is 2/1.
Just to update that Version: 12.6.2 did not solve that problem, i have posts with more than 10 reviews, and only the last 5 are shown

I’ve updated the Newspaper theme to version 12.6.1, and both mobile and AMP pages are now working properly.:)
I have tested it on mobile devices, and they are all loading quickly and displaying correctly.

returned to WP dashboard, then returned to Mobile theme in Newspaper, tried AMP (only) box, save, and same thing – cursor spinning, wont update mobile theme.
Went to AMP Test validator, AMP is not on my site??

Yes, I updated to WP ver. 6.4.1 today. My site on mobile (IOS) worked perfectly with just the AMP plugin (google AMP + Newspaper AMP) as recommended in your tutorial.
I installed Newspaper 12.6.2 today. The desktop is fine. Mobile isn’t.
I then deactivated the Mobile Theme Plugin and deleted it.
then I reinstalled the Mobile theme, cleared cache, and as shown by these screenshots something is still wrong in the mobile view for my site besthomegear.com.
If you will please view the site on a mobile device, and offer any suggestions. Header, footer, and scrolling features are corrupted on mobile.

i know, this was a cloud template , but i changed the code therefore i cant use the composer anymore. But that`s not my problem. I use the child theme. Is there an update for it since 12.5.1?
I have a local version with 12.5.1 which works well. My production Version is 12.6.1. Since the update the featured image stopped working. If a developer can see the site, then he will notice the js error in the developer console.

Mobil theme is not working after wordpress update. Theme ads footer banners and article inline banners could not change. It stays as previous banners even change several times. Mobil theme cannot change AMP or other choices.

After the wp-update we can not edit or create posts or pages. Only a white page appears!
Tried to delete and reinstall tagdiv plugins without success. Reinstalled wp 6.4.1.
Switched to Twenty Twenty-Four Theme and everything is working.
Because of that i think it´s a theme related problem.

Yes, if you have mobile templates, you need to disable the mobile theme and amp plugins.
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

If you have an error after you update to WordPress 6.4.1 on mobile theme, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall the tagDiv mobile theme from Newspaper plugins and clear all cache.

There will be soon a theme update for compatibility, but for the moment a quick fix is to disable and delete the tagdiv plugins and after that reinstall those (the plugins that you are using) from Newsmag > plugins. This should resolve the problems.
