We ran a few more test in this matter and have found a workaround to eliminate the error.
You need to edit td_config.php and add this code:

Basically you are just adding another thumbnail to the list in between the existing ones. Then the error will not display anymore. I will add this bug to our list of fixes and in a future update we will get this issue fixed.

Unfortunately there is no backwards compatible patch. The update patch is created from one version to another, it will not jump over theme versions. Basically what the patch does is modify just the files that were changed, but since version 6.3 quite some files were changed and patching each version (6.3->6.4>-6.5->6.6) will be almost equivalent to a fresh install anyway. What we recommend to do is to follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and also update visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Just make sure to do a back-up so if things go wrong, you will not lose any data.

The social counter plugin supports these following options:
Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo, Google+, Instagram, Soundclud.
If you would like to add another social icon, it won’t be an easy task. It will require a bit of coding and it will not be a simple ‘copy this code there’ method. I suggest to hire a professional developer/freelancer to do this.
We have a list with requested networks to be added to social counter, so in a future update we will be able to implement more social networks.

Maybe it is in spam, I have searched also there but did not find anything related to this topic, sorry!
From what I see above you have updated the theme from an older version. What version did you used before update? Did you ran the script like it is suggested in the documentation for upgrade from version 4? This will import your settings and rename the shortcodes. For example you have this shortcode td_block2 it will be renamed to – http://screencast.com/t/EBcXrpmoQSnR
I suggest to check the upgrade guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and make sure you do this properly if you update from version 4.

Unfortunately, the Big Grid (3) is also a single complex structure and practically is not possible very easy to achieve what do you want. As a quick solution is to use the post ID option that Andrei have suggested you. First of all, please make sure that you have the ultimate version of the Newsmag and otherwise, please update it.

Do you refer to the length of the h3 title for you smartlists?
If you do, please make sure you use the latest theme version 6.6.1 as there is not limit for title length. Or if you don’t want to update the theme please check the code – http://screencast.com/t/dX9bIMCcaYII

Just make sure to do a back-up in case something goes wrong. It also depends on what version you are updating from. If you still use version 4, then some things will not work, as version 6 is a totally different theme. A few options got removed and a few more got implemented. Follow the steps in the tutorial above and things should workout.

Also please try to disable all the active plugins except VC and install all the plugins that come bundle with our theme.

I have inspected your website again and visual composer is not updated. It’s still version 4.5.3. Please use the guide and update your plugin. And the accordion tab is still the old deprecated tab. The code will not work on your tab element. Only on the new element. Please delete and recreate your accordion tab with the new version of visual composer.

It is quite a big update indeed. An update can cause this kind of errors as it is equivalent to switching to a whole new theme. Unfortunately the gallery is totally different in the current version and you will have to recreate them using the current tagdiv gallery or a visual composer gallery if you wish. It cannot be made compatible i’m afraid.

Please make sure that you’re using the folder downloaded from themeforest to update the theme, here it’ the update guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ Also deactivate all plugins clear all caches, switch to a default WP theme and test again. You can also try by doing a fresh install of WordPress, then try to install the theme and check if the problem persist.

Please try to disable all the active plugins except Visual Composer and try again. This could be from a plugin conflict.

After this changes, if your problem is still there, please let us know!

Unfortunately the theme has no option to mark a friend on facebook and i cannot provide a solution for it as we have not tried it before. You can maybe find a plugin that has this functionality or some of maybe some of our users that have this set up can help.
I will add your suggestion to our list and maybe in a future update we will be able to implement such an option. Unfortunately this is not a priority. If more people request this option, we will implement it for certain.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you use and try it again. Also, you should try to regenerate all your images with Thumbnail regeneration plugin and test it again. After these changes, if your problem is still there, please provide you URL website so can I inspect it closer. Also, please mention from what version you did the update. I need to know this so I can be able to provide a more accurate response.
