Hi,
Not using the speed booster plugin does slow the site as it’s purpose it is to speed it up so you can use the previous version of the speed booster plugin which works fine until the next theme update in which we will fix this issues.
If you don’t have the 2.5 version of the plugin you can send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and make a request for it and we will send it to you.
Thanks
Hi,
I suggest you give it some time and your posts errors will be corrected in time, when your web page gets crawled.
Check your webmaster structure data and check where the error is showing by clicking on the error and when the pop up window opens click on the live test data and check your url with live data.
I have also checked the post page for which you provided the screenshot and when you click on the live test data like this: http://screencast.com/t/BCiddsGxR7x you will get this result from your structured data tool in which you can notice that the author is present: http://screencast.com/t/TjswbYaJQ
You can also check in webmaster what is the last detected error date and if your error containing url is not crawled after your adaptation then you have to wait until your web page is crawled. Then you will see the updated result.
Thanks
Hi,
The latest theme version is 4.6 and you can download it from themeforest. I suggest you to get the latest version of the theme then update your theme uploading theme files via FTP using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Please note that you don’t need to update the theme to 3.7 first just upload the files from the latest version using the guide and also make sure that you make a backup of your current theme installation in case something goes wrong.
Please let me know if you managed to fix this!
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an feature like this and you will need to custom work for it. I will also add this on our feature requests list and we will consider it for future updates.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
From the latest update we have added this list styles to the post editor panel under “formats” drop-down so you can highlight the list you want and select that format like this: http://screencast.com/t/xs2u6KvJ
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
Please disable all plugins leaving just the Visual Composer active then empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN services and check again. If this still isn’t working please check your console for errors and also make sure your theme settings are saved. If not you have to increase the max_input_vars = 1000; value inside the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 5000;.
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.
You could also updated the theme if the settings aren’t saved as we have made some changes in the latest versions so this won’t be needed anymore.
Hope this helps! Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately at this time there is no way to update the theme without it. We are working to optimize this implementation and it will added in the next theme updates.
Thanks
Hi,
@Novaque Thanks for your suggestion I will add this on our feature requests list and we will consider it for future updates.
@gmdirect Try to add it in the post template at the top of the loop-single.php file or in the single.php file , like this: http://screencast.com/t/R6Yno1Tyf
To hide it on mobiles use this css:
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td_block_trending_now {
display: none;
}
}
Thanks
For some reason, after the latest update, my site no longer displays bulletpoints, as can be seen in this article:
http://firststrikegamers.com/2014/12/bravely-second-coming-april-23-plus-collectors-edition-details/
I was just wondering if there was any way to fix this.
Hi,
Make sure you change it form theme panel excerpt, like this: http://screencast.com/t/pE6MHrJR
Sorry for the documentation we will updated it asap. Block 6 uses -> module 9 so you have to set your title length for module 9 post layout.
In my ex(screenshot) I had set the title length on letters but you can leave it on words as the letter mode is most common for chinese language.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
i’m working through a list of ‘reasons your site might be so slow’ from my host. one of them is to ensure latest version of theme. can i use the envato update method from 3.6 to current. i noted in the readme of the latest version it gave special steps to install to v3.7 – can’t figure from documentation if i have to do that one separately
@Mr_DeXander in the next update! 🙂
Lucian,
Thank you so much for your help – much appreciated.
The search problem was caused by a bootstrap shortcode plugin which I’ve now deactivated and the search now works perfectly.
Until you release the booster update I’ve deactivated V3.0 and this has resolved the sitemap flash problem.
Best wishes
Derek
Hi,
I have checked your site and found this js errors in your console which can cause this: http://screencast.com/t/hLWlx93tGya
Please make sure that you deactivate all plugins, empty cache, purge files then check again as this should not happen and most likely it’s caused by a plugin conflict.
Regarding the sitemap I haven’t seen it in your case but this could happen due to the speed booster plugin which moves js scripts and css stylesheets to the footer and could cause a delay on loading the resources so this could happen.
In the last theme updated we have also updated the speedbooster plugin to version 3.0 but unfortunately we have some issues with it which case this flash you see when loading the page.
Until we release the next theme update we suggest you send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with a request for the previous version of the plugin and we will send it to you.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the message!
Hello,
Is there a way to make the top grouping of picture articles swipe in a carousel; similar to the top of newspaper theme default stack? I’m trying to plan a swipe friendly magazine site with your theme. Which is awesome btw.
Also, I see you pushed Slider Revolution plugin in today’s update. Is that a way to accomplish it?
Thank you,
Nate
Is there a way to update the theme without woocommerce, because I don’t need these features and I don’t want to add unnecessary files to my theme?
Hi!
I updated this plugin using instruction and my page which i’ve made before using this plugin is kind of broken. What might i do wrong or it’s always this thing after updating? I need to build my page again
Ok, thanks.
I started to do as you said. I downloaded theme from my account on themeforest, in update log there is information about version 4.6, but after update in theme panel on my site i see Version: 4.5d. Is it demo or something? In css file it’s version 4.6 as well.
And i can’t find responsive settings in theme panel, did you remove them somewhere?
Yes, custom CSS would be needed for that.
Usually simplest way to do micro customization.
I change some stuff like the giant blockquote text and some other things, myself. And the custom CSS sticks with each theme update, which is nice.
Hi,
Not sure what you mean I have check the analytics filed using the latest theme version(1.2) and seems to work fine.
Please make sure that you updated your theme to the latest version(1.2) which as released today and check again. If you still have issues with this please make sure you check this without any plugins active and also empty your cache files.
Please let me know of what you find!
Thanks

Hi,
Please note that we have fixed this in the latest theme version(1.2) that was released today. Here is the change log of this update: http://screencast.com/t/vrUyeGTE5nw
Thanks
Hi,
1. I’m not sure what your issue is so please provide more details about it. You could also determine if this is related to the child theme use by switching to the main theme and notice if something changes. We also had some issue with the child the in the previous them versions but we have fixed them in the latest version of the theme(1.2) so please make sure you also updated the theme and the child theme also and let me know if this still happens.
2. You can activate and use the speed booster provided with the main theme.
3. Please use this custom css in theme panel > custom css filed:
.page-nav .pages {
display:none;
}
4. Not sure what issue you have with this, please provide more details, a screenshot would also help.
5. You can do it form appearance > menus and build your own footer menu: http://screencast.com/t/7e9BrB9zPqmz
You can also see more info about the footer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer/
Hope this helps!
Thanks
