Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option that allows you to do this but you can try the same method and use the ACF plugin or another plugin which gives you the ability to do this.
If you don’t have any html/css basic knowledge and don’t know how to do this we suggest you to hire someone to help you with it as this needs custom work and we cannot offer any type of custom work at this time because we work hard on development, updates, fixes and support and we don’t have time left. Unfortunately the theme hasn’t been testes or designed to work with the quote format. As you probably noticed by now the only post format we have added to the theme is the video format.
I’m not sure what you would want the quote format but you can take a look at how the video format was customized and customize the quote format as you want it.

Replace the list style url path with your own and add the other lists that you want to style like this to the css as this is just for posts lists.

For quotes it’s not that easy. You can chose pull quotes center style for example then replace the content the “before” element which contains the right quotes image with your own then style the quotes to look and fit well with your image.
Ex:

1. set pull quotes center: http://screencast.com/t/v1QPOfu1Asb
2. replace the background image of the first quotes with your own and hide the other from the right. You also need to change the height and width values.

Hi,

First please make sure that this isn’t happening due to some other plugins you are using so make sure you disable all plugins laving just Visual Composer and Social Counter and also empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN host services and try again.
What theme version do you use as we have included the fixed version of the plugin into the latest theme update 4.6 so if you do not using it we suggest that you get the latest theme version from themeforest and you should find the fixed social counter plugin’s version within the theme’s files in the plugins folder.

Seems that you are right, I have checked this and found that the no-img-post.png file is missing from theme files. Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and specify this issue or just include a link to this topic and we will send it to you or the fixed theme version.

Sorry for the inconvenience! I was trying to help you implement the solution that you found for this WordPress widget. I will add this on out feature requests list and we will consider it for future updates but we have to be very carefully though what we chose to implement as we have over 170 feature requests on our list so if more people will ask for this we will try to do it.

I’m not sure how behaves in your case, could you please make sure that this also happens when you deactivate all plugins. Please do so and also empty cache files and also purge files if you use any CDN host service.
If this still dose not solve your issue please make sure you have the latest theme version (1.1) installed and make sure you updated it like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-theme/
If you do have the latest theme version please give us wp-access so we can check this and send your login details at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this topic or specify your issue in details.
