I have also tested this and managed to recreate it and seems that is a bug as if other than page builder pages the footer layout uses just one column which generates the issue you have.
We will release an update within this week and we will also include a fix for this.

Unfortunately we have some issue with tagdiv social counter plugin but first please make sure you use it right: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-manage-the-social-counter/
If still doesn’t start working please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com specifying this in your subject and we will send you the fixed version of this plugin as we had some issue with it and we managed to fix them but the new version of this plugin won’t be available until next theme update.

Please use this guide to reupload your theme’s files via FTP: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/
Also make sure you make a back-up of your current theme installation so you can revert back to it in case something goes wrong.

Please try to delete the visual composer plugin then install it using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ and install it from the plugins folder within theme files that you downloaded from themeforest.

thanks for your help, I’ve fixed the google font problem and in the following updates I will also fix the issue with the author option.

I have added this on our todo list and we will consider this future updates, unfortunately our time is short and our resources limited so we have to turn our attention to important issues primarily.

I have managed to recreated this and seems that we have a problem with the unique articles feature as it generates the same issue on my tests also.
For the moment I have added this on our issue list and we will investigate it and hopefully we can will fix this until the next update.

3. Please edit the page an make sure that are switched between them and if so try to edit each one and just switch settings, customize the first as the one above and vice versa.

Hi,

Using the tool kit to update the them will delete the theme’s files and copy the updated version of the theme, in this case your customization will be lost.
You can update the theme manually and upload the files via FTP and overwrite the old theme’s files, unfortunately for your changes made to themes files need to be done again as the files will be overwritten.
So the best way would be to make a backup of your current theme installation then use this this guide to update the theme then make the changes again: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/

2. It’s possible but you will need custom work for that as the theme doesn’t have an option for that. Unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
