Hi,
Is there any update on pinterest social counter, is it available?
Its a must have feature and we will appreciate your support.
Thank you.
http://www.rivaji.com
built with newspaper theme
After the last update I have the same problem as Novaque’s.
All the buttons (button 2 in Visual Composer) in my pages were well stylized. Now they appear just like common links.
But in page editor they are always styled like i set in the VC options.
I also checked that in visual composers css, the code to get them good looking is still there.
How can I reactivate it?
But above all, how come did you disabled it?
Thanks guys!
I’ve not seen it yet, but it’s good idea.!
Many websites will not be updated with the new theme now. 😛 Very good
lol @mrsky28 it’s already there, but for some reason some of us like my self don’t see it either and i’ve update my VC the same way as always but still nothing…
Oh wait, block 10 isn’t even available yet. How come the update says it already out?
hi,
You can look over the two files panel_ads.php and td_ad_box.php see how the other custom ad boxes were added and replicate that for another ad box.
You can’t keep the files unchanged only if you updated each time using a patch and if changes have not been made to this files or you can make a copy of this files though and replace them after each update.
Thanks
Hi,
Yu will have to add them like this in functions.php, like this: http://screencast.com/t/Q8Cxzy09cuAR
After this you can add them likwe this: http://screencast.com/t/YopFpugf
I have added this on our todo lists we will add this on future updates, thanks for the suggestion.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
How did they change? did you also updated the plugins? please provide more information and a link so i can take a look.
Thank you, Emil G.
Hi,
Thanks Christopher!
@xpl0iter This needs to be well implemented as Christopher said it’s not easy it would probably require loading all fonts. I have added this on our feature request list and we will consider this for future updates we have to pick very carefully though what we implement as we have over 150 feature requests, if more people request this we will add it.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
@Steven/ @Ljubisa B. Please make sure you delete and re-upload the VC plugin from plugins folder like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ should get the new shortcodes/block/ also the new Youtube/Vimeo playlists
Regarding the new block as widget, we had to make some additional tests and we will include it in next update.
Thanks

Hi Thanks for the update! Suggestion: Please add block 10 on the visual composer content blocks! Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately you can’t add the reviews into the content at the moment the theme dose not have an option for this, to do this you will have to change this function from here
You can also hire a developer to do this for you if you don’t know how to do this. Sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
I have added this on out todo list and we will consider this for future updates.
Thanks for the message
Hi,
It’s possible, check how the search was added into menu: http://screencast.com/t/iOz0FztA
Add the search like this to the header, like this: http://screencast.com/t/joLMLwA8EdT
You will get this result: http://screencast.com/t/7xXL2r3L
Also you will need to customize it yourself as you need custom work for this, unfortunately we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay! I have checked this and found no issue using the latest theme version 4.3 and the latest VC Version 4.3.4, the VC row can be added like this: http://screencast.com/t/VjkXgyc7D
Should work fine, please make sure you have installed the plugin correctly, use this guide for this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
Please let us know if you still have any issue with this.
Hope this helps!

Every time that I’ve tried to update to the new version (from v3 to v4), my featured image slider turns into this: http://imgur.com/rDCSOV1
I’ve regenerated the images and that doesn’t work either. Any idea?
hello tagdiv team,
since the update 4.2.2 the links on the sliders don’t work. on mouse-over the links show right, but i can’t click the link except i use the right click an open in a new tab or new browser window. the update 4.3 doesn’t fix the problem 🙁
Hello,
I’m using WordPress 3.8.4 (4.0 soon) and just updated the theme to the last version 4.3 but I got a little problem.
All my thumbnails have changed…it’s normal? Did I have to use “Regenerate Thumbnails”?
Thank you all 🙂
Sorry.
Wait for Lucian or Marius to get in tomorrow.
I think they need to update that code on their docs page you’re referencing, which pulls list of the CSS and JS, which is what you’re looking for.
I don’t work here, just helping people as I’ve been doing webdev since 1994 and using WordPress since it launched in beta.
Sure, if you want to pay me to replicate the steps, would be happy to. “My” guide does not include those steps, as I NEVER edit the core code, and I only use compliant WordPress functions to optimize the functions.php file and well known suggestions for htaccess directives, etc.
I never made those instructions you refer to, so I’m going to pass on any help. Sorry to have offered; I likely only added to the confusion. Sorry about that.
I’m sure one of the other contributors here using that “hack” might be able to help. Likely you will want to post the question in that thread, as the hack you’re looking to do has nothing to do with theme support, or my suggestions for PageSpeed improvement.
Sorry, I can’t be any further help on this topic. Perhaps the person who suggested that hack might be able to help – try posting in that thread for help from those of us contributing suggestions for pagespeed improvements. Maybe the person who posted the hack will follow up for you on what he/she did to use that element you’re trying to use.
And again, the tagdiv speedbooster code and plugin has been updated for September, so the July hack may no longer work. But I’ve already said that, so I’ll stop talking now. 🙂
Thanks tagDiv 🙂
I never suggested adding that code to the functions.php file, so it might have been somebody else; obviously if it’s causing an error, it doesn’t work. That may have been posted by somebody using the OLD version of the theme and the OLDER version of the Tagdiv Speedbooster plugin, which has been recently updated, so that suggested code may no longer work. hence the error you’re getting.
Anything which tells you to edit core WP code should NEVER be done, in my opinion. “Generally.” But you know what you’re doing, so have at it.
Always check the DATE on any post which suggests changing theme code, in some way, outside of normal wordpress functions such as I use, and line that up with current date/version of theme and plugins. So, if something worked with v1 of a plugin, it might not work with v2 of a plugin, “generally” speaking.

If you’re using IE11 try using Chrome; IE11 doesn’t do well with Ajax menus.
Also, be sure you deleted your old plugins and replace them with the updated ones; deleted old theme folder and updated with new one.
Some people report issues when you “over-write” the old folders with new update, which adss new files to old but doesn’t delete the deprecated files.
CLEAN install often fixes weird gremlins!
Yep, managing your updates for a theme is the best way to fix issues.
For major versions of theme update, it’s best to delete old version of theme, and install new one; delete and replace old versions of plugins with new ones.
Common sense for updating a theme. This is why the WP updater deletes old plugins before installing a new version.
Often with dot revisions you can “over write” the old version; but when you have problems, you need to delete all the old stuff, to do full upgrade to NEW version. Just like when updating WordPress itself — you don’t over-write (add to) the existing includes and admin folders, you DELETE the old folders and upload the NEW ones. Same with themes and plugins.
+1 on all the great evolution of the theme. I, too, started with the theme back in2013, and have been very happy so far.
@Arved007
I “think” the new grid system might be based on Bootstrap 3, which allows you to do more things with column classes. The “old” 960/80 grid is now considered old by today’s standards. I haven’t looked at the new css file in depth, honestly.
I could be wrong, but BS3 has
750, 970, 1170 as the main containers.
