You are suggesting for the logo the same thing I’ve been doing, but it’s still not working.
And, apart from the logo, the main thing is that everything I do in the Theme Panel doesn’t reflect on the site.
If I want to change something in the Home, of course, I’ll go and change it through the tagDiv composer by editing the Home’s static front page, but I expect the main and general settings like colours and fonts for every page of the site to be edited from a Theme Panel.
But everything I’m changing in the Theme Panel is being ignored on site.
I would gladly show you screenshots and videos to see how it’s not working, but it looks like I cannot upload media here and I’m getting your updates from a noreply address.
I cannot post the URL site here either as all the work it’s been done backend and you wouldn’t see your theme there at the moment.
How shall I contact you properly?
My old logo was a square resolution, I updated it with a new logo but with a high resolution proportionate (272×90). While I was testing the new logo in a subdomain it fits perfectly and shows full logo size. But my old website was a bit old, and it doesn’t show the full logo but only the size of my old square logo. The logo from its left and right side gets hidden, and only displays what fits on the square size.
What is happening?

I’m trying to save updates in my theme panel, but it keeps on spinning and not saving. When I check my system status it says couple of things need to be updated. I have no idea how to fix this issue or even fix the issues the guides say. Please help.

The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme, not a standalone plugin, please check the envato documentation for those plugins
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins, therefore, using a different version then the one provided by us is possible to not work.
Normally it should work with WP-PostViews plugin, I hope that there have not been updates that change the mode of how it worked before.

Have you solved the problem? I experienced the same problem. Although I dealt with the issue by restoring backup, It would be better to know how to update safely.
After the 11.5 update, our page does not display properly on a tablet. Tried updating to latest but problem still persists.
The tablet version (like ipad mini for example) shows a version of Magazine PRO, but the images are broken, etc. It doesn’t load the theme that we have on mobile. It’s like an in-between screen size that creates this problem. It’s fine on mobile and fine on desktop.
I’ve tried deactivating all non tag-div plugins and clearing the cache, to no avail.

I can’t change “views” text to my language. I’ve already change it on Theme panel > Translations but keep seeing it as “views” in the post content. Plus, I keep getting notify WPBakery plugin to update but I can’t update it and asking activation?? And is theme compatible with WP-PostViews plugin?

Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins, too. Check if all the necessary tagdiv plugins are active in Newspaper -> Plugins. Install the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.

I don’t know how to add images to this thread, when i click on “img” it asks me to enter the URL of the image. However, ive ran into another issue, my ive tried to import one of my back up saves from 2022-11-9 and it hasnt changed my theme back, i still have the same theme the glitched out. The day of the updates and the edits were on 2022-11-15 so it should go back to the theme before it was edited but it hasnt.

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins, too. Check if all the necessary tagdiv plugins are active in Newspaper -> Plugins.
Yes, but wait until the new update comes because there was a problem with the social login. You can only log in with Facebook.

Yes, with cloud templates, you can import sections and various templates. You can assign a different template for each page. Access the page and choose from the list : https://prnt.sc/aDWGj9oH3ZIO
In the Cloud Templates, you can see a “+” sign, and there you can have access in order to add all the templates you want. Also, you can build it from scratch by importing a blank template. If you don’t find a template from a demo, then it means that demo’s templates have not been uploaded yet.

I don’t have the Jetpack plugin installed. Is the theme La Historia updated to the latest version of WordPress?

Everything depends a lot on which plugins you use, if you have security plugins like Wordfence, Sucuri, WP Rocket, they can block the update process and then the plugins remain un-updated, they don’t install and activate.

I have a problem about woocommerce variable products.
Standard products works well but when I’m stocking variable products the “add to cart” button doesn’t work.
It wasn’t happening by the start, maybe after some updates but it’s not affecting by the plugins, as well.

The posts does not open! Only the header is visible, but there is no content. What could be the problem? Latest wordpress and updated theme Newspaper Version: 12.1.1
PS. When I’m logged in as admin, I don’t even see the admin bar at the top of the posts page.

Visually, site doesn’t look quite right.
Initially, tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library didn’t show up under appearance > install plugins, or standard plugins menu. I deactivated all plugins, then the newspaper menu took me through installation of both plugins. They now show up in the standard plugins library, but do not seem to be working as I have shortcode on front end of site instead of expected content.
