iccrc.co is not updating for whatever reason and the site is constantly compromised because of vulnerabilities in version 10. Please help!
I still have version 10 and my theme does not get updated automatically, nor does it have the tab shoring uploads, need help to fix it because it is being constantly infected
Hi, thank you for you answer. The plugin is activated and installed and the site is updated to version 11.4
Update: I’ve deactivated the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin. I am still experiencing display issues on mobile with posts (header loading as plain text, images not displaying, etc.), but the result is much nicer than it was previously.
Please advise on solutions. The blog pages on mobile are still the only ones affected. Thank you.
I too cannot even use the template. The theme panel has disappeared, the tag div plugins for the newsletter, composer and standard pack plugins do not work at all
The error is after the 5.9 WP update
This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.
An error of type E_PARSE was caused in line 33103 of the file
I am in urgent need of an updated plugin for tagdiv composer. It is causing my entire website to malfunction. Started about 45 mins ago.
Hi,
Maybe the problem to be because you are using an old theme version. If you have the possibility make a staging and update there the theme to Newspaper v11.4 and see if there are aby improvements.
Also you can make a test using only the theme plugins and see if you got better results. It is possible that some plugins to interfere.
Thank you!
Hi, we have noticed that since last update to WordPress 5.9 when creating or editing a post the resources that the system loads have found errors 404

This issue, not happening before, is causing a peak of resources on the server. Not very worried about it cause we just create a few post per day, but any idea about this? Im just thinking on downgrading wordpress to 5.8.3 but maybe it´s and issue related with the template and you have to look for it
Hi Calin,
I did exactly what you said, but doesn’t work.
I think it must be a problem generated by the update. on the frontend the image appears, but when editing an article the field for inserting the image does not.
Is there any possibility to roll back the update?
Hi,
This one https://i.imgur.com/jHntUBV.png will apply on block -> https://i.imgur.com/NB6PZYB.jpg
The option was added in the latest theme update Newspaper v11.4
Thank you!
Hi everyone,
In dashboard when I click on Posts or All Posts it kicks me to the 404 page on the front end of my website.
This randomly started happening a few weeks ago.
I’ve updated everything since and have tried deactivating plugins related to ‘posts’ to no avail.
Anyone seen this before?
Thanks
Matthew
hello, my wordpress automatically updated to version 5.9 and the image insertion field for the “post” articles does not appear. What do I do?
Hello @positivenewsfoundation !
It seems that you use the Mobile Theme plugin, so you can not edit the pages with TagDiv Composer. You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. You should create the content with the Mobile Editor.
We have 3 options of mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you. For example, if you will deactivate the Mobile theme plugin, then it will loads the responsive version automatically.
Thank you!
Hello @TerraZetzz!
If you use default templates, then make sure the Standard Pack plugin is installed and active after update because it’s an old plugin and will not updating automatically.
Thank you!
Hello @romi!
We recommend child theme because any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Please take a look in the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello @nimish1995 !
You can use the CSS Analyzer, which is our automatic tool, very useful for the page speed and unused CSS.

So, the mobile page are fully customizable with the TagDiv Composer(as responsive one) and they permit you to have different design than desktop. You can build and assign a mobile page for the page you need. Also, you can keep their evidence better because you can see them while you see the website in the frontend, also in Cloud Templates.
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
Thank you!
Hello Marius!
If you mean page speed, then you need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/

Hello,
Our developers have done some tests and fixed ones, I don’t know exactly the date and time, but we will try our best to deliver the next update in a short time.
Also, please let us know what problems you encountered after the WordPress update and please make sure that the problem is not with a plugin you are using.
For example for me, using only tagDiv plugins works well and I can create a new post -> https://i.imgur.com/bmd0arx.png
Thank you!
Hello,
There appears to be problems with the WordPress block editor when creating/editing posts since the new WordPress update. The title font size is now small. Also, when I edit blocks I can no longer edit the title without saving and refreshing the page. There is also an issue with the categories, tags, featured image on the sidebar not loading in.
I am using the Newspaper theme. These problems do not occur when I use a default WordPress theme.
Hello,
Every time I update Newspaper it resets my theme to the default Newspaper theme. I have to go back into the theme panel and redo all my settings and upload all of my logo, background, favicon images again. This is such a pain. How do I update without the settings reverting back to default?
I have just updated the newspaper theme to version 11.4, and on the posts, the categories drop down has disappeared, and also the option to add a featured image has disappeared. Can you please advise how I get these options back on our posts.
Thanks Sam
Today i update to WordPress 5.9.
Now, when i click “New post”…. WHITE SCREEN.
I can´t create or edit new post.
Just wondering how many people are having significant issues with their Newspaper theme websites. My Website has become pretty much unusable at this point and was wondering if a fix is in the works for today or tomorrow?
