Happened to me. Appears to be associated to the WordPress update today. I had to reset the registration key (under system status) and then re-enter my purchase code. Everything is now back to normal.
I do not need any customization, I need to update the theme that is cracking the website header every time that I do it.
I am getting very sick and tire of this Theme, this is unbelievable that I cant update the theme because the header crash and the people that are in charge to help you they can’t do it
The title of the info box in the footer will not update. I have changed and saved it many times, but it still appears as “News Week”
Content of the info box an email address are updating as expected. How can I fix this?

First of all, please make sure you have a backup done and then you can update the theme and the TagDiv plugins also.

I wish to upgrade our Newspaper 9.1 theme to Newspaper 11.2 but our version does not have the automatic update option thus I would be grateful if you can advise how we can do this as do not want to lose our news current content.

Also, I de activate the whole plugins except tagdiv plugins and the issue was remaining.
The only plugin which is not updated is the Woody code snippets (PHP snippets | Insert PHP).

If you had shortcodes on the pages, please make sure you have updated and activated the tagDiv Standard pack from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Also, I saw you use WP Bakery. Hi Team, I have installed Newspaper11 theme and brought up the demo content to it. I have created logo and changed it through tegdv edit but it is not reflecting in the website. I used Mozilla where I can see the updated logo but when I access the site through other brouser, it’s not showing the latest logo. Even it’s not showing the updated logo on mobile browser. Could you please help me on this.

I have updated / customized everything but nothing is reflected, how horrible! I bought this theme because it is the best seller but the experience is very bad, it is assumed that by customizing the theme everything is recorded and changes, nothing changes, horrible theme!

I do not understand why this is so. On AMP pages, when you click on an image, the URL of the image opens. A person leaves the page and the site, it’s terrible! We will have a lot of images on our site pages. Most people today browse websites from their smartphones. People should not be allowed to leave the site because of such a mistake. Several updates in a row have not fixed this bug. Why it happens? Agree, this is not normal. I really like your topic, but this error saddens me very much. This issue may be caused because you have an older version of the theme, and compatibility with the latest version of WordPress has been tested from version 11.1 greater.

Hello, I have updated the contact us link manually and I may have misformed the HTML. Since doing that the TagDiv editor will not load when the footer is active. How do I access the HTML or delete the footer and re-create?
