This situation occurred only on live website after you migrate it from staging? Do you use child theme? Also the theme update was made using FTP/cPanel or the option from Newspaper> updates? This will help use to understand what can be the problem.

Do you use the mobile page template or the responsive version. If is the mobile page template is possible that on that page to do not have the mobile footer template set.
Also this problem is only for that page and only on that language?

The mobile and amp version is different because you are using the mobile theme plugin layout, also you are using the amp redirect for mobiles -> https://i.imgur.com/NBRvZgu.png
First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all details about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
The amp plugin has for the moment support only with mobile theme plugin.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.

Unfortunately for this at the moment, the only solution is to manually update the theme via FTP. When doing an update via WordPress the theme gets disabled and the widgets reset ( this happens due to WordPress) Unfortunately to restore this it is important that before any update you have a full backup ( that includes the database ). Most hosts should have backup options from time to time. If they do have all you have to do is to update the theme via FTP and this issue will no longer occur.

Hi northrenfrewtimes, as remember that there was a few similar problems, all of theme ere do to automatic theme update from the host, this option was enabled and the the theme was updated when a new version was available, but the theme plugins were not, therefore the website displays only code, also most of the time during the theme update there were other plugins interfering and most of the settings were lost, just as in your case. Now most of the time the theme panel setting can be recover from theme panel backups -> https://i.imgur.com/HQ9Lxmi.png we think that you have the same problem. Please ask your host if you have that option enable, also check to see if you do not use some plugins that can do this.

Hi ceenaija, if the update was successfully, then please make sure that you do not have some extra plugins that are in conflict with the new theme version, please make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem is still persisting. Also please make sure that all theme requirements are set like in our guide.
