sub-menu only show old sub-menu
where ise tagDiv CSS Analyzer settings? I don’t have the tagDiv CSS Analyzer after the update. How can I get it?

You can roll back to the previous version without losing your settings…. just go to the Newspaper Update menu; there is an option for that there

Dear Newspaper,
This was a great theme, but there have been outages on my site in the past week.
I use the Pulses Pro preset theme for the web version. And the Minty mobile theme for the mobile page.
I always had to experiment turning the mobile plugin & AMP plugin on or off so many times I can’t remember which setting made it work. Nothing works now no matter how many times I try.
I tried to look for potential plugins that would create conflicts with the theme but that didn’t work. It only made it impossible now for me to do a time capsule restore.
My domain provider was able to reverse me back to the 10.3.9 version. Should I try to update again to 10.4 or should I wait a bit? And how do I fix my site in the meantime?

I too had the same issue with site messing up. Thank goodness I took a backup first! Header completley jacked up (logo, ad, everything missing and defaulted to text in wrong color), custom html blocks no longer working (displaying a bunch of code now), footer disappeared, except for copyright info that defaulted. What do we need to do step-by-step to update successfully without messing up site aesthetic that we have spent hours, days, weeks, months perfecting? It may not be the update at all. Maybe we are not doing what should be to update successfully? If the later is the case, then please just tell us how to do it right.

Really? Because it asked me to update and I did. I had to edit out the section in the page code and extend down another column and now have blank. Gets better, though. No control over the blockquotes and the custom CSS doesn’t work. I am beyond livid.

I have some doubts regarding the update of newspaper v.10.4
1. how to access the new tool (tagDiv CSS Analyzer Tool)
2. if I deactivate the tagdiv standard pack, the page does not work (tagDiv Standard Pack is no longer required on new theme install;
)
3. where I access this (Added help video tooltips on the shortcodes options in the tagDiv Composer page builder;
)
4. I don’t understand this (Smaller CSS files – We’ve moved the individual CSS on the components where it is used to make the specific elements load faster;)
forgive my ignorance on this but I learn quickly.

1. If I build my own theme with the help of the tagDiv Builder and Cloud elements, would my theme be save if the theme will be updated?
2. Lets say I build a Single Post template, and I want to save and export that template to import to an another site of mine (I use Newspaper theme at 5 sites of mine) how can I do that? How can import those builded templates?

WP Super Cache might have to be emptied? I also had a white page for a while and I think it was due to the cache updating in the middle of the update or similar.

I am receiving “New Update is Available” notification in both Newspaper theme panel and ThemeForest account. Meanwhile, I am using TagDiv’s Newspaper theme 10.3.9.1 PRO prebuilt website template. However, I am confused if I may need to udate the New Version: 10.4 manually. Your help and support will be highly appreciated.

Just a note, the update indeed did not addressed the queries issue… I am facing the same duplicated queries from TD-Newsletter…
But, since the update, Query Monitor is also pointing that TD-Composer is making a lot of duplicate calls also..
Could you please make a note for the dev team to investigate this issue? It really loads the database, and, thus, slow downs the site…

I updated accidentally and suffered a lot. I lost everything and back to 10.3.9.1
Note: Theme is not updated since December 11th, 2020.
I´m using PHP 7.3 and I meet all of the other requirements as well.
I have even updated the PHP limit to 256MB to check if this works, but it´s still loading to infinity.
What information do you need in order to help me ?
Beyond frustrated. Test the updates before you roll them out!!!!! As a journalist, this costs MONEY!!!!! Got a column that now shows as “[td_block_3 category_id=”3527″ limit=”4″ custom_title=”Notable Mention” header_color=”#dd3333″]” on my Main Page at Foreclosurepedia.
Yes, I had to add the mod_substitute statement to the .htaccess file and it is now working. It’s strange that TD Composer worked without it before the latest update. Is this something new?

Hi I have a lot of questions regarding the mobile versions of the website. http://www.profile.co.mz
1 – Should I use AMP or not. When I use AMP the content doesn’t show on some pages but it does in the home. When should we use one or the other?
2 – In the tagdiv composer there is a button called create the mobile page. Should I use it? When I do It creates a copy of the page that’s ok. But If I change something on the Main page how can I update on the Mobile? Do I need to change it in the mobile version too every time?
3 – Mobile Menu in the home the mobile menu is correct. On other pages, it shows an old logo version. I’ve changed this in the theme panel area for mobile but the changes don’t reflect.
4 – I do have different header and footer versions on different pages?
5 – In the post edit area (not the tagdiv) the normal there is a mobile editor? Where is that content reflecting?

I’m using embedded pages for the navigation mega menu. Those pages include a list menu element and also a recent blog posts element. After the recent update neither work and are just blank. The alignment of the mega menu has also changed and is now half off the screen on the left instead of centered.
I’ve tried all the usual things. Clearing caches, making sure the plugins got updated & activated.
