Please I want to use some jquery script but only in the admin area when the user creates a new/update post, what’s the location for loading script in this case.

Also How can I use this script in post update, this is append on submit (update, create) post :

jQuery(‘#tinymce’).append(‘<h1>Hello World</h1> ‘);

I only have one header menu on my site – but for some reason on the homepage it doesn’t show the updated menu.

We have similar problems on other pages where some users see updated content and other users see old non-updated content.

I’ve made several attempts to update my theme to the latest version and it keep breaking the site. Do you have any recommendations on how to get the theme updated without breaking the site or getting terminal errors?

I used TD Composer to create all of the pages on my website. Now, when I click TD Composer and try to edit the page, I receive the error “Errors at columns: 4(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

I contacted Bluehost and they said that I should contact you all here to get updated version which is compatible with the PHP version 7.4 and that the issue is with the TD Composer plugin.

Suddenly the tagDIV composer is not loading. I cannot create a new page nor update an existing page. It doesn’t go beyond the loading screen.

I am facing this error When i update my video post .
Please help to solve this issue

Hi there,

We have purchased your theme at the end of August. The theme looks good, however, we are having problems with the speed and loading of the website. We are a news company, so understandably there is a lot of images and videos, yet sometimes the website is completely unavailable and according to hosting stats, physical memory and I/O is maxed. This is normally when we release a new post or a page or there are changes to the website. What can we check/fix to prevent these spikes?

I have also recently installed the UsageDD plugin and we are having over 300 queries on normal page/post. Can you advise what to do to lower this number? I have installed a plugin garbage collector to delete old tables, but that did not lower the number at all.

What is going on??

I want to report a problem I’ve been struggling with on Newspaper theme for months now. New line characters are removed in by TD Composer when “Column Text” widget is saved, causing significant effort to re-add these every time content is edited.

To reproduce the issue:
1) Create a new page using TD Composer and add “Column text” component to it.
2) Add some text to the component including new lines. Save the page and close TD Visual Composer. https://prnt.sc/uqicvf
3) Switch to WordPress Edit page dialog. Do any adjustments to the content of the page and Save. https://prnt.sc/uqie7k
4) Open the page in TD Composer again. All new lines in the “Column text” component are removed, causing the layout of the text to change. https://prnt.sc/uqifug

This is extremely frustrating, especially on bigger pages, because it requires us to add all new lines to the “Column text” component again, everytime the page is updated using the WordPress Edit dialog (when you add featured image, work with translations, custom fields, chnage titles or slugs, etc.).

Is there a solution for this?

Everytime I update the site to the latest version it crashes the website.
