I updated my theme to the latest version 10.2 yesterday. This morning when I try to preview a new post, I receive the error message below.

Hello – I’ve been going through the recommendations to improve the speed of my mobile site. I think I’ve reached a point where I might need a consultant / programmer to make updates to the code. I believe TagDiv offers a premium help service but when I tried to click on some of the links posted in the forum, it went to a 404 page. Could you let me know if this is available? Thank you.

images on the homepade doesnt display and i need an update on the tagview composer witht the theme update

The 10.2 update screws up the Post Preview function on our site – in Preview mode the content renders as a narrow central strip, with all text to the right missing. An error message appears at the end of the post (see below). It is impossible to test the post appearance this way. Fortunately the posts render correctly when published, but having to publish before you see the appearance is a bad solution. Can you look at this and fix please? BTW, the 10.1 update did not show this problem.

Even we are not able to add new posts. Updating failed. Error message: The response is not a valid JSON response. this error is coming whenever we are trying to post new posts or update existing ones.

In that regard, Can you please look at the stage setup, we are having some concerns that the theme is not performing properly.

We have had multiple issues wherein the theme Cloud Template imports had failed and we are facing a really slow stage setup.
We have worked on other themes and you can also install and play around as much as you want to run some health checks and other details, the server is fairly equipped.( Attached Screenshot of Server Config)
I have purchased a new theme and license as the previous on had expired as the purchase was way long back.

Hello, if the theme is updated, will there be an update prompt in the background? If not, do you need to manually download and upload the update? There’s nothing to be careful about here.

I have update all theme and plugin by download latest file. But it show error

This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme!
Please make sure you’ve updated the theme properly! Follow this guide.

Is there an option in the the theme where uses can input their email and get email updates whenever a new post /article is posted.

If not, do you know a good plugin that works with the theme?

I have install the Newspaper template , But it made my site very slow , i have activate the defaults template of wordpress it very fast , i have implemente all instructions in your documentation but no result

for info : I am using WP fatest cache , because WP Super Cache does not work for me
that is the errors :

3- Refresh this page to update /var/www/alnas/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
If that doesn’t work, make sure that the file /var/www/alnas/wp-content/advanced-cache.php does not exist:

AND

Warning! Unable to upload /var/www/alnas/wp-config.php! WPCACHEHOME must be configured in the configuration file.

AND

Error: Configuration file /var/www/alnas/wp-content/wp-cache-config.php is missing. Please reload the page.

Since a few days ago, my site is intermittently going offline due to an “error 500”.

I verify in the Cpanel that multiple processes are running simultaneously, and that probably causes the error.

The striking thing about the case is that the error disappears when I deactivate the “Newspaper” theme. I activate it again, and a few minutes later the error 500 appears.

Almost all processes point to “public_html/index.php”.

I updated WordPress, the pluggins and the theme, but the problem persists.
