But maybe what you are trying to do is possible without resorting to this plugin. The flex blocks have multiple options and settings and can be customized in many ways. You could use a flex block instead of adding new ones.

If you make a theme update you need to go on themeforest and download the theme with documentation and all files -> https://www.screencast.com/t/pdm70xXmt after that you can install the WPBakery from that package, in this way you have the last version that we provide.

That will be the case, the way the images are cropped is defined in the code. The file responsible is here – http://prntscr.com/nru8zx but note that modifications to plugin files will be lost after a theme update, when the plugins are updated.

Without the tagDiv composer cloud templates will not be possible. They are available exclusively for our composer.
It isn’t an issue if you use WPBakery, but there could be problems if you edit pages built with WPBakery with the composer, or the other way around. Not all elements work with both builders.

Hi,

They were moved in the tagDiv composer plugin after update 9.7. This happened due to the new Envato requirements for themes. Many of the theme files including the mobile theme files were moved there. They are here now – http://prntscr.com/nrrzm8

The analytics code for AMP can be entered in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/nrs3mo
But for adding code in the single post page there is no theme panel spot at the moment, so you would have to edit the file.

We do found out that there is an issue on the slow loading sharing buttons and unfortunately we cannot offer an solution at the moment. Our developers are trying to fix this in the future updates.

I did some testing and it seems it doesn’t work that way currently, I was wrong. Even if a cloud template and the modified date elements is used, the theme will still output both the datepublished and the datemodified metas. Google will pick either one in most cases, from what I can find online it is random. I believe this is supposed to happen, because it is better to have them both

Even Yoast loads both metas by default, and they could only be removed with code and not by a setting in the plugin

If you want to remove the datepublished and see what happens, the only option is to remove it from the theme code, for default templates in the location mentioned in the screenshot (still possible through a child theme at the moment, might change in future updates). If you also use Yoast, try the code from the topic provided above.

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems. Also if you made the update to Newspaper v9.7 please make sure that you do not overwrite the theme files, because then you will encounter some problems.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If the problem is still there, please delete( delete the theme plugins too, do not override ) the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again from themefores the Newspaper and reinstall it.
