Hi Simion, updated the theme today to the lastest version and still seem to have the issue. Any other input?

Since the update, it is impossible to get the columns to show as full-width, whereas it worked perfectly before (using Visual Composer).
I even tried to give tagdiv composer some love, but it doesn’t seem to be supporting this option at all.
Also, the images now show resized and weird, which I believe I saw a mention of somewhere before and that a patch would be issued but any idea when this is going to be fixed?
I missed downloading a couple updates.. I usually just update the patch files between versions.. I am currently at 9.6.1 and have the files for 9.7.2, but not sure what to upload now. Is there a way to download the previous version 9.7??
Can you tell me what you will do EXACTLY? You only tell me to send my password to you. I would like to know exactly what will be done?
If you are going to change anything or add/delete anything I would want to know 100% exactly what has been changed.
You also said this will be fixed with the new theme update. Will the changes/addings/deletings you apply now have to be reversed when the update is ready?

So I’ve just done this update – followed your instructions by the book. I used the Envato plugin which I had installed previously so it was a simple click to intall the update another click to install the plugins. It seemed too easy. So the site layout is now broken. Please see attached. What have I missed here? And now how do I fix it. Update was rolled back so you can see my actual website here: https://wnihp.com.au/

I used the templates and modified them if that helps you diagnose.

Hi Simion, nothing out of the ordinary. I just upload the image and select “add media” when I want to add it to a post. Haven’t done anything I normally wouldn’t do. I think there is an update for the theme so I’m going to update and I’ll report back if that helped.
I’m unable to insert new galleries into posts. It gets as far as the “Edit Gallery” screen, but when I click on “Insert Gallery” nothing happens. Same thing when trying to edit an existing gallery – no changes are reflected when I click on “Update Gallery”. This must have started today or yesterday, as I had no issues on Wednesday and didn’t post any galleries yesterday. I’m still on Newspaper 9.6.1 because I’m afraid to update based on the abundance of issues being reported by other customers, so this isn’t a 9.7.x issue.
I have the latest version of Firefox. And now I have four missing images. I get the same result when I open the page in “New Private Window”. As I said this didn’t happen with the version of the theme I was using. Only after I updated.

Yes, all changes in theme files will be lost if you make update to the theme.

I am trying to do the most recent upgrade.
the ftp firections say:
Step 3 – Download the newest version of the Newspaper Theme from ThemeForest.
Step 4 – Unzip the “Newspaper-tf” archive file and the “Newspaper.zip” file.
Step 5 – Extract “Newspaper.zip” file.
I downloaded the updated theme but do NOT see a Zipped folder called newspaper. I only see a Zipped folder called themeforest-5489609-newspaper-wordpress-theme and when I unzip this file I do not see a Zipped file called newspaper.
Please advise.
Can I know the status of my request. I don’t see in the new update version as well.

Indeed there is still a problem with one header path, ( header-style-4.php) is look like this one was not fixed for the current version; I check the package for the coming update and this fix is include.

Yes it is possible to update from 7.2 to 9.7.2 directly. Just make sure that you have a backup of your website first. It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update.

So yesterday I was editing a cloud template with TD Composer and when I went to pick up where I left off it kept giving me a warning notice saying that’The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!’. I don’t know why it’s happening and I’ve deactivated and deleted any plugins that might affect this. I also did the Newspaper theme update as well.

I just tried updating with the FTP method and that also caused tons of errors on the website. I had to reinstall the backup.

I have Block 3 on my homepage (http://churchandstate.org.uk). Since I updated the theme, the last 2 images (sometimes even 4) are not being displayed. This only happens in Firefox; in Chrome or IE the images are displaying just fine. Obviously if I edit the article and upload the same image again, the problem goes away. In my local installation I have the same problem, with or without plugins.

I tried to update to the latest theme and now my site is all messed up (sleepapneaworld DOT com).
I tried updating the these automatically. I generate a token and enteresd the token and it wouldnt recognize the token.
Then on the old theme it said update needed and I clicked on that and then the site became messes up.
