The issue seems to have been an older version of the newspaper theme. The problem has been resolved with an update to 9.7.2.
Wordpress Updated Yesterday Lost All Site Structure News Paper 9 Default Style… this is the second time we’ve had to do a system backup after a WP update… Nothing new added or changed on our part for the few days… WP updated automatically and broke the theme…

Please just give an answer when the ”update” is done so my website works normal for what I have paid MONEY.
So if I understand correctly you will add something in that map or delete something or change something? Then the website will act normal.
But what must I do with this map after the update? I don’t like the fact that you mess around and me giving my passwords, just fix your mess now?????

Unfortunately, please notice that does not exist any patch between 9.6 and 9.7, sorry! The theme was changed a lot and also, the root of the theme files was changed. The Newspaper theme update brings a change for the customers that use WP Bakery Page Builder with our Theme: when you’ll be updating to the Newspaper 9.7 version, you’ll need to activate the tagDiv Composer to keep the Newspaper theme functionality you’ve previously used.
Otherwise, you will have basic WordPress functionality, complying with Envato WordPress Requirements – https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements
Please note that activating the tagDiv Composer doesn’t mean that you are required to use our custom page builder on your website.
You can use the WP Bakery page builder as you did before the update
We recommended you to do not use the tagDiv Composer and WP Bakery page builders on the same page though, because you cannot edit with WP Baker blocks and shortcodes created with tagDiv Composer or vice-versa.
Please make a backup for your website before updating.

Our website is stvharyananews.in . The website is updated every day and 4-5 new posts everyday. To my surprise it is still showing the posts for 9th May at some locations and 13th May on others. I am i India and if i access the webiste it shows 13th May and updated information. I have checked with people in the US if they are opening this up they are still seeing 9th May posts. As a matter of fact I have an androip add for this and that also shows 9th May. Please help asap ..thanks

There is a known issue currently with single image elements used in pages built with WPBakery, when the tagDiv composer is also active. It has been identified however and will be fixed in the next theme update. Sorry for this inconvenience.
In the mean time the fix is to download this file – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/tdc_map.zip and replace it in the tagDiv composer

The single images will look and function correctly after doing this.

Please make sure that you have install/update the theme correctly.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If the problem is still there, please delete( delete the theme plugins too, do not override ) the current version of Newspaper that you have and download again from themefores the newspaper and reinstall it.

Please check your PHP version to be minimum 7.0, the theme should have to be updated to the latest version of it which is 9.7.2, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your setup page. Also, provide CPanel access for more deeper investigations.

Since there is not an update on this, I decided to do my own.

Hi,
We have updated Newsmag and also added the plugins for Mobile + AMP.
We have a problem though on posts. We do not want the feature image to appear on mobile and in the past we used to select ‘Post Template Style 7’. When we do this now, it does work on the desktop version but the mobile version of the post still have the feature image.
How can we remove the feature image that we don’t want to appear at the start of the posts on mobile version?
Also, is there a way to place a link on the feature image so when people click gets directed where we want to? At the moment when they click they just see the image again.
