Hello, I would like to know how I can get an author page on the site. Another question is regarding this update. Can I do it by the Envato market plugin ?? I run risk and spoil or lose the configurations of the site ?? I did not make any changes to the source code of the theme. I just used the native configuration options of the theme. Can I upgrade ?? No problems??

Until now after an update of Tagdiv Newspaper I always did the following steps for implementing the Sources of an image into the website and to display it above the Image:

into “single_template_8.php”

Unfortunatly there is no more “single_template_8.php” with the new update. Is there a new way to implement it?

I updated my wp-page to newspaper 9.7 yesterday and now I am not able to go to admin-page. What should I do?

Frontpage still works. Admin-Backend not.

I found a couple of bugs in het v9.7.1 theme update:

1. Socialmedia icon /share bar. not displaying correct when using Firefox (no sharebar)

2. Socialmedia icons in topbar not working

3. Post featured image shift in size one browser good other smaller

I have WPBakery Visual Composer on version 5.2. Right now the updated version is 5.7 and I would like to got it.

I download the newspaper-tf and inside plugins folder I have the td-composer.zip.

If I try to install td-composer.zip, It crash. Maybe first of all, is it neccesary to delete previous version?

i can not access my admin panel and i keep getting this error message

since the latest update I have problems with the header Style 10. He shows no more background in the menu and also in general it is postponed. Does one know why? I do not usw the cloud library template.

I’ve downloaded what I think is the 9.7 version of Newspaper but when I try to deactivate Newspaper 9.01 in my wordpress site there’s no option on the theme screen. When I upload the new files to the theme section I get an error message that the files already exist. So now I’m in a loop. Any solutions?

I have installed wordpress on localhost for now while I get to understand how the theme works.

I have recently updated the theme after the big changes, and reinstalled the theme. It doesn’t seem to want to update within wordpress – is this normal for localhost?

Then my next question is, it is now saying “td_footer_template_4 is not set” and I the page looks funny when I view the website. What’s happening please?

I’ve been using this theme for 3 years+ now and am now at a stage where i do not want to update the theme despite all the bells and whistles mentioned by the developer.

What would be nice is to enable an option allowing users to rollback theme update to a previous stable version instead of getting us all to raise issues on the forum everytime a new update is released.

Plus it is getting a bit silly now, that users have to wait a long time to get any answers to their queries considering many of them have active websites and if updates are causing issues, it affects their reader’s user experience and could result in negative numbers and possibly loss of revenue.

So please do not come up with a standard theme is fine blah blah, just add an option for us to rollback the theme. especially for those who aren’t equip to do it via ftp or cpanel. Also considering you guys are a top selling theme with over 75k sales, surely a rollback option in my opinion be placed in theme panel.

If Divi and Elementor have that option and also folks can use the WP rollback plugin to rollback theme updates for them why can’t tagdiv do the same.
