We Updated TagDiv Composer and was using tagdiv composer from the begining…

We have done that before 9.7 update and other websites gets our authors posts from there… Now it’s lost…

We did that before 9.7 but now as code changes we need your support…

this cant be true. How about seeing you first? An update must and should always be such that there are no conflicts and destruction of other plugins. Otherwise it does not make sense. Otherwise, mn would have to reorganize everything in the current operation of a website and delete plugins. That would cost visitor numbers and users. And therefore money. Power as I said no sense.

The error code I have shown above yes. Everything was fine before the update. Everything went fine before the update. Everything has been carefully selected and matched.

As I wrote in another forum post, the video playlist does not work anymore. There is also an error in the video player shown.

My configuration has not changed at all. As mentioned above, everything went fine before the update. After the update should I have changed the configuration? A little illogical and not nice to the customer.

I have a Managed Server with 1000GB SSD, 4xCore, 64GB DDR RAM, PHP 7.3.3

Peak values, peak performance.

And again, as previously mentioned, everything ran smoothly.

Please take care of it quickly and fix it.

I always thought that paying for the support was for private help by email or even to have access to the affected person’s wp-admin in case you need it. This is a forum where all users share our problems between other users and developers. I understand that you are very busy with this issue I am not in a hurry to update to the latest version of Newspaper just want to keep going into the forum as usual and see the problems and possible solutions that users bring. Don’t be overwhelmed with evanto’s rules you are doing very well. Greetings.

you need to update your plugins from panel.

Just an update, I have had to disable AMP because users were getting 404s when tapping on the links, and have set up a redirect.

Could you let me know when this is fixed? Essentially, despite having all the required settings selected, AMP was not working. It was not showing in the sidebar whilst the mobile theme was active.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. I read the documentation on updating the core of tagdiv themes and I did follow the steps in that post when I updated the theme.

I’m also a little confused, because as far as I can tell we’re not using any child themes.

As I understood it reading about child themes, I would see a child theme here.

We created the menu in the Appearances > Menu section of the admin which is using the php file located at computertalk.com / httpdocs / WordPress / wp-admin / nav-menus.php.

There are other menu php files in wp-admin as well.

Any further thoughts based on this?

If I provide log-in details, would it help for you to have a look inside the admin area?

My website crashed too when I followed the instructions to update my Newspaper Theme. I was able to restore it from a backup.

I have already started looking at new themes. I don’t know how long the current version that I am using will be supported. The email that I received said things will change in May. Does that mean if I don’t update my theme by May it won’t be functional anymore?
