I’ve just installed the AMP Plugin as instructed from the new update 9.6. However, after runninng AMP test, it said the website is not AMP yet: https://search.google.com/test/amp?url=http%3A%2F%2Fgameworld.vn%2F
And I’m not sure what i did wrong. The AMP Ads do not show up on the mobile version. Should I turn the AMP off and revert it back to the old mobile theme to show the ads?

I downloaded the 9.6 update, which actually is still 9.5 on ThemeForest after getting an email that an update was available.
After updating, my site is having problems. All pages are displaying strange shortcodes that I can’t get rid of. The page layouts are also messed up now.
Please assist!
Edit: I restored my site from a backup I made hours before, things are fixed, but this does not solve the issue of updating to 9.6.
In the first place, saying that I was satisfied with what was done until the last changes, the AMP plugin worked perfectly well independently and it was not obligatory to integrate it with the crap of the “td-mobile-plugin” plugin, the latter is really a garbage of complement. It has many compatibility failures and now it is not possible to “become independent” of the one if you want to use AMP, the responsive versions of the original template no longer work and always respond to the “td-mobile” complement (something really frustrating and annoying). Is there a way to update the latest version, use amp, but without the damn td-mobile plugin?
I’m kind of tired of making such “aggressive” changes and using their clients as guinea pigs.
The only thing I understand is that you do not want to help me or you can not help me.
The whole lesson on the fact that it is not recommended does not help me.
My client has always done so since he installed your theme years ago and wants to keep doing that.
May I go beyond the fact that it is not safe?
Then, we are not stupid … we know that if the site from which you copy take away the images these will not even see on our own. And this is good for us !!!
Now for the third time I will explain that:
if I copy / paste IN ADMINISTRATION a text and photos from another website, THE IMAGES DO NOT SEE !!!
ATTENTION: The images DO NOT SEE ON MY WEBSITE BUT ON THE STARTING SITE YES !!!
ALWAYS LOOK AT THE SAME IMAGE ATTACHED IN PREVIOUS POST.
TO VISIT THE IMAGE WE MUST DELETE THE IMAGE NOT DISPLAYED AND MANUALLY INSERT THE LINK OF THE IMAGE OF THE OTHER SITE — (THE IMAGE LINK !!!)
I ADD ANOTHER THING:
My client also has a license for your other theme “NEWSPAPER” and says that in that theme the texts that copy / paste from other sites ARE READY CORRECTLY !!! In the same way, YOU SEE THE PROJECT ALSO IN THE “NEWSMAG” THEME BEFORE THE LAST UPDATES!
Now, if you did not understand, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED THAT IT IS NOT SAFE, we are interested in being able to copy and paste the images from other websites DIRECTLY IN THE PHYSICIAN THAT WE ARE CREATING, AND IT DOES NOT MATTER THAT IF THE DEPARTURE SITE WILL CANCEL YOU YOU WILL NOT SEE MORE NEMMENOUS IN OUR!
Unfortunately for my client this feature is very important for this reason I would like to insist as he is annoyed that THIS HAS COULD DO IT FREE FOR A LONG TIME AND NOW CAN NOT BE MORE

The AMP pages of my websites show icons incorrectly after the new update of the Newspaper theme. For example, the ‘eye’ icon for amount of page views is a rectangle with a cross in the middle. The same goes for the looking glass icon and many more. Example:

That error you mention is in most cases related to insufficient memory

The theme requirements guide has been updated as well, please check it carefully and if necessary ask your hosting provider to increase the values of the parameters mentioned in it

For the WP memory we recommend a value of 256M.
After the update, deactivate/delete all the old theme plugins and install the new ones from the theme package plugins folder.
As a side note, the tagDiv composer will be automatically installed and activated after you update the theme. This composer could interfere with specific WPBakery elements or layouts. If that is the case, please disable it.
Also update WPBakery to the latest version if you use it (theme package contains version 5.6)

Since i updated the theme, I’ve been experiencing this error on my site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 81 bytes) in /home/financial/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1585
It doesn’t always happen.

The title kind of says it all, but we cannot seem to locate how to save templates/shortcodes for styled elements on a page level since updating to version 9.5.
The latest update has given me this error and my site is now completely out of whack with how it is displaying posts. Any suggestions as to how to fix this error?

Im pretty sick of this… everytime theres an theme update, the composer doesnt work, works less, works worst… I need to update most of my pages and delete rows and rows… thats really not quality work… sorry but im so fucking sick of this. If you want to establish your own editor, the editor should work. I deleted all caches, everything is up to date and i get this error everytime i want to delete an old element:
changeData Error: Element model id is not in $refEl data!
Because when i want to edit it (after the update) it doesnt work…
Am in the only one, or are some more users angry with the composer?

Please make a theme update, or a fresh install with the latest version of newspaper, login on themeforest with you credentials and get it from there with all files and documentation.
That is a very old theme version, an insecure for our times; much has changed since that version. Indeed that would be the thing to note. Once you update the tagDiv composer will be automatically activated. Visual composer elements in pages may not display properly if the tagDiv composer is active. Deactivate it and leave Visual composer (now WP Bakery page builder) active. Update Visual composer and there should be no issues

Sorry, but we have not tested the tag manager in our AMP plugin at the moment. You can try the amp plugin by Automattic as it was updated and lots of new features were added for AMP.

Unfortunately this option will not longer work if you chose to use templates from tagDiv cloud library, because those single post templates have set a customs sidebar that was built with tagDiv Composer and can not be inheritance.
Maybe this option will be available of cloud temples in coming updates.

Unfortunately Elementor plugins is not tested with our theme, we have a spacial builder made for Newspaper theme ( tagDiv Composer ) and now you can do a lot more using tagDiv Cloud Library

Note that the tagDiv Composer is a builder made for create/edit pages and templates from tagDiv Cloud Library not for creating posts, indeed you can create/edit single post templates from cloud library for post.
If you have the WordPress 5 you can use the Gutenberg editor, this one have more elements then classic editor ( and you can find the classic elements too ).
