If we update, will we lose this?

Also – I’ve lost access to the email in which I purchased the newspaper theme and am unable to access the new update and have also forgotten my password. How to learn php memory limit in newspaper theme for setup?
I update new big update site is down.

I updated to version 9.9.2 and the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin is automatically disabled.

when i updated newspaper 9 this morning and went into theme panel it changed the width of the site, the site was wide, for some reason it went to small, can’t figure out how to get it back to wide, the settings are still set at stretch row and 1800px content in tagdiv

updated site to newspaper 9 yesterday and today the text in the text editor, in the admin section of the site, for posts is displaying white nothing else has been updated or changed recently other than the update of the theme

I’ve updated my wp 5.0.1, updated Newspaper 9.2.1 and tried to use new block editor. New editor didn’t work properly, post preview didn’t work, publish didn’t work, my categories didn’t show, tags and custom taxomoies didn’t show.

So I’ve installed classic editor plugin. Everything is OK but now I can’t see post settings tab (Post templates, reviews, smart lists).

Is this a conflict with newspaper and classic editor plugin or something else? What sholud I do to fix this?

I had added a search box element to a column which was working earlier today.

Since then I have updated to Newspaper 9.2.2 and moved a newsletter element in the same column above the search box. Later I realised the search box was gone. So I tried to re-add via add element, but I could no longer see it listed.

Am I going mad? Has the search box been removed from the list of elements?

I bought a new license to install the latest version of the newspaper, because I used the 4 yet. I took and updated wordpress to version 5. After installing everything, included the plugins and delete the old version and old plugins, I have the following error when accessing my panel:

if I delete the td-composer plugin from ftp, I can again open my panel, but when trying to create any page or post, I also have the errors:

I do not know what could be happening. My server support says the problem is with wordpress or theme, not server.

I get a spinning cursor when trying to load pages in the newspaper theme panel. If I click on ADS – and then click on any other page, (header ad, sidebar ad, etc) the cursor just spins. There were a few updates that I installed and another new update today and it still happens. Anyone else with this problem??

I was in WP 4.9.9 and now 5.0.1
And from Newsletter 8 to 9.2.2
I tested lot of thing and all where OK so I putted all these update this WE in production.
But I noticed one issue on social counter and wanted to check.
As usualy I click on edit with TD composer but this send to a blank page.

I checked and there is no HTML code.
Just a blank page.

Hello, I have just updated the php to version 7.3.0 (the last of today), I did almost simultaneously updating the newspeper at 9.2.2. I get this error when I press the button to create a new article (see attached image)
