I suggest you try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if this has any effect. I have inspected your website, About page on mobile and it seems o work as expected. If you are using the mobile theme and if you are using the Visual Composer, the page will not be loaded because the mobile theme does not recognize the Visual Composer.

Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If you mean to activate a license, there is no need to do this. The Visual composer editor provided in the theme package is pre-activated. You just need to install and activate the plugin in the plugins section, then you can use all it’s features. More information related to this here

Please notice that our theme is built on Visual Composer which is the main page builder. If you do not want to use the Visual Composer, you should try using our tagDiv composer as page builder to create your amazing pages -> https://www.wpion.com/members/tagdiv-composer-overview/ At the moment, this plugin is used for our free product which is ionMag. If you like it, you should simply download the free theme and in the packet, you will find the td-composer.zip plugin which you can use it on Newspaper theme. Should work as expected.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! You should try finding some plugins which have this functionality and check how it will work for you. If you will check our blocks you will see the Slider and Big Grid Slider which can be loaded via Visual Composer. The theme creates the thumb sizes used on the blocks from the featured image you set for the post, maybe something is interfering with this process, try the regeneration tool and it should recreate the thumbs needed.

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and then, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tried to check your website but it seems to be in maintenance mode. If the problem is still there, you should try making a new clean from scratch and use only the bundled plugins and rule out any conflicts.

The mega menu is present in version 6.7 as well. However we have seen plugins cause the mega menu option to not show up anymore. Then save and update the page, the playlist should display the valid videos. Also clear any caching installed, maybe the page is not refreshing because of a cache you might have.
If you already tried it like this and the video does not appear in the playlist, please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned according to this guide, if necessary

Or maybe there is a plugin conflict that could be preventing the playlist from working properly. You could also try as a test to disable them all except Visual composer, clear the cache if you have one. Then check to see if it is working as intended.
