I guess I understand what the issue is: it appears on PAGES as well as on POSTS.
Isn’t it supposed to appear only on POSTS, as the text from the admin suggests?
I guess I must see this with the WPML people.

on my homepage PAGE, each time I go in the tag div composer, it ads the WPML language switcher as if the page is now a post. This is supposed to be displayed only on POSTS, and mysteriously appears each time the tagdiv composer is loaded.
Is this a bug? Can it be corrected?

Is it possible to use a free plugin for translation instead WPML? Will it work fine or there are some known issue?

Hello, Tried all this still got the error.
It doesn’t happen when I disable WPML plugin.
Also it happens only when I create a page and initially load the tagdiv composer.
When i go back in the draft and launch the tagdiv builder, I’m able to use it.
How can I stop this from happening?

The theme does not have options to translate the post content or provide multiple versions of it in different languages. The theme only has an option to translate the strings used by it throughout the website

In order to achieve something like that you will have to use a translation plugin, such as WPML or qTranslate for example. Or make tests with other plugins as well.

Unfortunately not all plugins work with our theme and custom plugin implementation is not part of the theme support.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

The theme by itself has some translation options, for the elements it uses (not content)

It is also compatible with the WPML plugin. You could try other plugins as well and make tests. Try the one you mention or others.
Theme without untested plugins do not create any files with name “tmp…” images in media library.

The problem is that on language switch, footer page does not switch, it only displays in 1 language, the one that is selected in theme panel (picture above).
We are using the latest version of WPML and Newspaper theme.
Do you think we can do something about it?
I’d like to insert 4 flags (wpml language selector) in top-bar, rather than social buttons. Is it possible? [Newspaper]
I use the plugin to optimize javascript but not CSS and I would not recommend you to optimize CSS in the newspaper theme with the plugin.
