Thank you for your response BUT you do not understand me.

I do not want ALL italic text to be blue. I mentioned italic in order to isolate portion of the text I wanted to apply colour to.

Why can I not give colour to ANY text in my posts with the colour selection tool to the right (without that colour be applied to the entire paragraph where the portion of the text to be coloured is located), which is the only way this should be done. I and anyone should be able to select and change and apply colour to any portion of the text of their posts when they wish, the same way we were able to do that in the previous version of your template and WordPress.

If you still do not understand what the problem is, start writing a post, with say 2 paragraphs in it and select any number of words in any of the 2 paragraphs, 1st OR 2nd, then try to colour those few words in any colour of your choice and see what happens – the entire paragraph those words are located in gets that colour, instead of ONLY them (the selected few words).

The text in italic only CANNOT be colour coded in blue or red or any colour. Instead, the entire paragraph it is located in gets the colour desired for that text only. How come I can make only that text italic (or bold for that matter), but cannot make it blue or any other colour without that colour being applied to the rest of the unselected text in that paragraph??!!!!??!?!?!?!

I cannot make a single or number of words get any color of my choice in a paragraph on any post on pavlikeni.com without getting the text in that entire paragraph coloured in that same colour! Do you still not comprehend?

I cannot change the text colour in a paragraph of any post I write. If we use the text of this message for example, I cannot select the word “colour” and make it appear red. Instead, the entire text changes colour to red. On the other hand, I am able to change boldness of italic for any given word or number of words and that selection sticks to those words only. I do not know how to make mike explanation more clear.

Thank you for your response. I am not sure what is not clear in my initial report, but let me attempt restate.

I cannot apply color to a portion of the text in a paragraph of a posting. In contrast, I can bold portion of any text, I can make it italic, but I cannot apply color to ONLY the desired text – instead, the entire text of the entire paragraph gets that new color, which is wrong.

After patiently waiting for over 20 days since I logged the problem (many have done that before me) and after reading their complaints, as well as your responses to them, I can conclude that you simply do not care or are unable to fix the problem you introduced in the latest update of the theme.

Your responses are ridiculous and offensive. We are not idiots. Your responses imply that all of us make things up (or are under the spell of an evil wizard, who makes us see things that are not there – actually, the other way around – not see things that you say are there), and you, poor you, cannot replicate them, and THEREFORE, there is NO problem and nothing to be done – just because you cannot replicate our collective problem. Take your friend’s smart phone, go to the nearest public library, get on your neighbor’s computer and see what we see!

This is a complete b/s and I cannot believe my eyes are seeing this level of outright ignorance and detachment.

Think what you did to the theme to have caused this after the last update!

What do we have to do to make you see and believe and take things to heart and fix them?!

I wander why nobody is taking these reports seriously from TagDiv. This is ridiculous. I have bought multiple licenses and now afraid to updated all my sites so I do not experience the same problems. I cannot believe.

Hello, after e-mailing you, you told me I had no problem, yet I continue to not see the thumbnail images of the site in many browsers, and after clearing the cache.

Thank you for your message BUT I still see gray boxes instead of images both on my computer and on my cell phone. Something is not right! Not a single image is visible as a thumbnail. I use an up-to-date version of Chrome, which was showing all images before the update yesterday. That version is Google Chrome is up to date

Regenerating the thumbnails does not help.

Hello, I do not quite understand.i have thousands of articles. What do you mean my “content should be loaded to new demo installed”? Why does the new template simply not realign how things are displayed in the old vew to how things are displayed in the new theme?

Thanks but I installed the desired theme without content and that did almost nothing but change the font a a few colours and text.
