Hi Anamaria:
I had already done what you asked. I don’t know what you mean by the “With right-click -> inspect -> console -> select the error in the tab network -> preview, you can see the cause.” Please clarify. Alejandro

I have watched the video and done everything it recommends (as I said before). I have also ordered a full malware scan as per the last recommendation in the video. Please advise our website continues to generate “critical errors”. this request is urgent.

Hi Calin
Yes, the problem persists. If you click on the first post on the homepage, you’ll get the “A critical error has occurred” message. However, if you click on any post in the “En Rojo” section, under the red bar, still on the homepage, all of them will trigger the “A critical error has occurred” message. I have tried disabling all the non-TagDiv plug-ins and nothing changed.
I use “Newspaper” on three different websites for over 3 years and have installed 12.6 on all of them, yet his website is the only one exhibiting a problem. All of the installation requirements have been met.
Hi Anamaria:
I have saved additional text successfully in the header block, no errors of any kind. I have read the topic link you sent and we do not use cloud flare at all. I have also clear browser and site cache. Still nothing. Please advise next steps.
Alejandro
Hi Bettina:
Here is the link to the issue I described:
1) The article text in the mobile theme is centered
2) the website link is claridadpuertorico.com
Hi Bettina
Thanks for the quick response. I’ve checked your screenshot and my .htacess file has that snippet of code.
As well, I followed your directive and deleted the TagDiv Composer, and reinstalled it. No caching plugin exists. I dd clear browser, site, and server cache. Still nothing. Please advise.
Alejandro
Hi Vlad:
All plug-ins except tagDiv plugins and Akismet deactivated cleared browser and server cache and still am not able to save mobile and AMP settings. Am not using a child theme. Screenshot attached.
Thanks,
Alejandro
Hi Sidchhaya:
The tagDiv techs help resolve the problem. in my case, it turns out that social media counter requires the word “channel/” in front of the youtube ID and instead of using the numerical ID for Twitter, we just put in the handle, ie, “@thebest” and it worked. Hope this helps. Alejandro

Hi Calin:
No luck. I’ve gone over each of the recommendations, from the server requirements with the Hosting Company for the newspaper theme to your detailed suggestions below. I finished the last suggestion this morning and so am writing to you for any other suggestions or if you can log in and check the dashboard yourself. I’ve been dealing with the saving problem for 3 months now.
Thanks,
Alejandro

Hi,
Unfortunately, I do not know to be a white list for this, the only way to know that is from firewall is to deactivate it, clear all cache and cdn (if you are using) and check again.
DONE
First please make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper theme, v10.3.2 also make sure that all theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
DONE
After you’ve done all these try to set a new YouTube api key using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/
DONE
If there is still a problem, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
DONE
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi Vlad:
I’ve checked and all the server settings are the more than the minimum correct settings, I’ve bumped up the memory settings to 256MB and I still can’t save any settings in the theme panel-mobile, footer, etc. Let me know what to try next.
Alejandro
Hi Vlad (again):
I followed your instructions, only to be told that folder for the “td-composer” plugin already existed. So I FTP’d in and deleted the folder, cleared my cache and still nothing. It then occurred to me to check the plugins panel and it turned out the “Official AMP” plugin was installed but not activated. I activated it and everything was fine.
Thanks for you help,
Alejandro
Hi Vlad:
/// EDITED ///
Also 2nd question: Can I use the theme for a 2nd site or do I have to buy another license?
