Unfortunately we did not tested this plugin with our theme, so I cannot make any suggestions about this, you may need custom modifications to implement the plugin. Anyway you can disable all plugins, leave only Visual Composer and Nextgen active, clear cache and check if you still have this issue, maybe it is in a conflict with another plugin.

You will have to use custom css if you remove the crop function, the modules were designed to work with thumbnails so the images are cropped to that specific size. You will need custom work to achieve that and I suggest to get someone to help you with this if you don’t know how to do it as we cannot provide custom work at this time, sorry!

Thanks for suggestion, I have added this on our list and we will think about this and try to find a better implementation in a future update. Mean time you can use the above suggestion and use a text block to have H! and H2 on the page or you can hire someone to do this modification in the code for you as unfortunately we cannot provide custom work at this time as we work hard on development, fixes and support, sorry! Do you used version 4 of the theme before and you want to upgrade to version 6?
If you do please make a full backup of your current installation – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and then do a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ update also the theme plugins that come with the theme files from the /plugins folder. In the “how to update” guide is specified that you will have to run the script that will import from database your settings, will change the shortcodes. Unfortunately you will have to re-add your widgets in the sidebars as some of them may not be imported or don’t exist anymore, also they will become inactive.

2. The Speed Booster plugin is compatible only with plugins that it has been tested. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the plugins are not written fine so that’s the developer took this decision.
