You can enable Unique articles feature for your page or use offset: https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles-and-offset-newspaper/
The “Unique Articles” feature, when enabled, it only shows the posts once on the page, so the latest articles appear at the top of the page and the oldest at the bottom affecting the post from the latest art section also. If you have pagination unique articles doesn’t work.
Also there is an offset option in block settings, you have to use the same category when you set offset: http://screencast.com/t/YMlLBglBpZI
Or you can filter your articles using a different category for your blocks from block settings.

Please note also that the Big Grid is not a slider so the autoplay option for Big Slide(newspaper) wont work. You ca display Big Grid on category page from Theme Panel > Categories – http://screencast.com/t/EwKBk7z0T or do this for each category – http://screencast.com/t/yjAEDOCls

I also tested this plugin. but unfortunately I cannot make it work with the theme. You can try to find another plugin or you’d need a hook or an action for all images, try to find one online or adjust another for this.

Please note that facebook isn’t fetching you new meta info right away so you need to wait a while the new info are updated or you can use this fb debugger tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ to see exactly how fb pulls your posts info and manually fetch new scrap info.

The theme ads system was designed to work with adsense code, so if you enter a google adsense code, the theme will make it responsive and the ad will fill the available space.
For different types of ads you will need to find a solution to display those at different size on specific device. For example you can read on our ads documentation that for banners we recommend to be used in these divs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-system-full-guide/ So you can try find similar solution for your ads or try to find a plugin.

Unfortunately when you update the theme, that file will be overwritten, but you can make a backup of your current theme installation and then update and overwrite the files via FTP so you would have to do the changes once again.

I also checked with that custom permalink /%category%/%postname%/ and did not found any issues but I have this permalink for parent category page – http://screencast.com/t/E7rlKVaY1ioH so please make sure that you resave your permalinks and if this doesn’t work you can try to fins a plugin to help you set custom permalinks.
