Hello, I was in version 8,7,2, and even installing the new plugin and the theme update it does not work. I have seen the hours of support, however yesterday, you answered everyone but not to people who had problems with the update … and still today no valid answer. Many of us can not benefit from the complete update of the tagdiv composer.

try to replace the new tagdiv with the old plugin of your previous version. If it does not work I can send you my old version 8,2

Since i do the update my google score is terrible, i was 95/100 before and now 65/100 i change nothing only update the theme … i am disapointed too, we pay for the prenium, we work for customer, yesterday i lost my day with that. I try to fix problem for 5 hours and no support here …

the support only say : “you have to update plugin before the theme ” but it’s not working too ….
the only solution i found to fix it is to replace the new tag div composer by the old plugin and it’s work again ….

Replace tagdiv composer and newsletter plugin by the old plugin … it will fix the problem . I deal with that yesterday for 5 hours .

For those who have the same problem. The problem comes from the plugin TAGDIV COMPOSER AND NEWSLETTER. So, I took the old plugin in the first download folder (2 months ago) and I replaced by FTP the new plugin by the old ones. Everything works again. I lost my CSS and my widget because it’s been 5 hours that I’m trying to repair, I uninstall everything and reinstall and lost my day because no one answers us on the forum. I can send old plugin files if anybody wants it.

I lucky I got it on my cloud I already send it to you ! Have a look and tell me if it’s working !

Yes you just have to replace the new files by the old … I just leave my office right now so I can send it to you right now . I can do it tomorrow morning if you don’t have it

update : we have same problem, i have to disable tagdiv composer ( not newsletter ) and my site look terrible .. why nobody answer to us ???-

hello, all my site crashed after the update and i can fix it even if i turn off all plugin … i deleted the theme and fresh install and i still have error 500 … it’s look like nobody help us here …. it’s now 4 hours i try to recovery my site
