Hi

Header style 1 wasn’t designed for a full width layout and to achieve that are required some customizations in theme’s files. This is a complex task which require good coding skills and lots of tests in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Thanks!

Hi

Each change it’s noted in theme’s change-log and if you miss an update there won’t be a problem with the update process. Adding to many files in theme’s package would increase to much path’s size that it’s sent at envato and we can’t afford that.
We can provie the patch file for each theme update via mail if you need them address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation we will get back to your as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme it’s tested and works fine on Chrome. For Internet explorer try to use this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css:

.td-paragraph-padding-2{
display: block;
}

Thanks!

Hi

It can take a while until google will re-index your site again and so that errors to disappear. The theme can’t control how google acts so we can’t do much in this regard. Make sure that all your links are functional, also try to deactivate all plugins then regenerate your sitemaps again. You can use SEO by Yoast plugin to generate the sitemap: http://kb.yoast.com/article/96-enable-xml-sitemaps-in-the-wordpress-seo-plugin

Thanks!

Hi

After WordPress’s last update V 4.9 of Visual Composer, which was included in theme’s path, had some issues and there wasn’t possible to edit the page anymore. Also there was a jQuery conflict but we update the theme and not these issues are fixed. In the update we included V 4.11.2 of Visual Composer which works fine with WordPress V 4.5.
Make sure you update the theme at current version available on themeforest, V 2.3.6, update the Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Also deactivate all plugins, leave just Visual Composer active, clear all caches then test again.
Let me know how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this issue provide your site url so I can inspect it closer.

Thanks!

Hi

Your goal can be achieved only by editing the code. You need to edit the file corresponding with the header style used and insert a new container which will contain your image. Here is an example for header style 1: http://screencast.com/t/mZEAIPcer38lhttp://screencast.com/t/tnMMRgKX

For image’s layout I’ve used this css:

.custom-img img{
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
margin-bottom: 10px;
}

This is just a basic example but you can customize header’s layout as you want by switching the elements position and changing theirs style.
Note that this task require basic html/css coding skills and some tests in order to achieve the desired rezult. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard my advice is look for someone who can help you or hire a freelancer to do it for you.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your code and noticed that you’re using some wrong classes for tabled and mobile devices, that’s why ads appear three times on the page. Please check our documentation regarding banner ads usage: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-using-other-ads/ clear all caches then test again.

Thanks!

Hi

Checking your site again I’ve noticed that you’re using the quotes on a page that’s why the style does not apply. The quotes weren’t intent to work on pages, only on posts, however you can use this css to replicate the style: http://screencast.com/t/iBa2fAeX5wEN

.page .td_quote_box p{
font-family: 'Open Sans', arial, sans-serif;
color: #777;
font-size: 13px;
line-height: 21px;
text-align: left;
padding-bottom: 16px;
margin: 0;
text-transform: none;
}
.page .td_quote_box{
border-color: #0a9e01;
border-left-style: solid;
padding: 15px 23px 0 23px;
margin: 0 0 29px 0;
}

Thanks!

Hi

Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with our theme and you don’t need any activation code for it. You can ignore the activation message because basically when you bought our theme you got a license for all plugins included in its path.

@GideonLupine
at each theme’s update we recommend to also be updated the plugins from theme’s path, especially Visual Composer plugin which is required. Following this step you make sure that every time you have the theme and the plugins updated.

Hi

To make this process automatic you’ll need some customizations in theme’s core files. Basically you need to edit the panel generator in categories section and make it accept a custom css filed.
This is a complex task which require many customizations and lots of tests in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
