Hi

@awesomenezz
make sure you’re using the current theme’s version available on themeforest, V 6.7.1 and also update the Visual Composer plugin at V 4.11.2. Here you can find our documentation regarding the update process: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also check if the parameters from system status are have the recommended values. Here you can check our documentation for more details: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Thanks!

Hi

You can enable the breadcrumbs from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/cOaP6iBwziHs
Thanks!

Hi

I am not sure why that happened but I assume that was a cache issue, that’s why the color for menu items had been applied later.
If this happens again try to clear the cache memory then test again.

Thanks!

Hi

Unfortunately the theme does not have a post template which will reproduce the same layout as in the link provided as example. However you can achieve a similar layout following this example: http://screencast.com/t/NrpjXob9Thttp://screencast.com/t/QnW9dEKnhttp://screencast.com/t/UR5JXIeZaKyL

Hope this help.
Thanks!

Hi

You can modify the post panel generator to have all post templates available for custom post type by editing td_templates_settings.php like in this example: http://screencast.com/t/8aUB77jrHOQ8 Hoover this is not a grantee the they will also work. Our post templates were designed to work only with post post type and to have them working on custom post types you’ll need a different approach for them.
Note that this is a very complex task which require many customizations in theme’s files and also good coding skills are involved in order to complete it. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Thanks for the message!

Hi

To add trending now block on search page you need to edit search.php file and insert block’s shortcode like here: http://screencast.com/t/ls8yiAI9InRK

Also I’ve used this css to add a margin between the menu and the block:
http://screencast.com/t/SKubTMMSS

.search .td-header-menu-wrap-full{
height: 48px;
margin-bottom: 20px;
}

Hope this helps.
Thanks!

Hi

I am not sure why this happens as I’ve duplicated the situation on my side and didn’t got any issue. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also Note that that you need to have at least two posts in the category the you select in slider block settings. If you have only one post in the selected category the slide block won’t appear on page.

Thanks!

Hi

The last theme update is tested and works fine on Chrome. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn file if you’re using then test again. Also make sure that you’re using lat version of Visual Composer plugin included in theme’s path, V 4.11.2.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your site ans theme’s font files are blocked by a rule from your .htaccess file: http://screencast.com/t/4MSjjamuqBtR Check each part of your code and especially the last part, clear the cache memory then test again.

Thanks!

Hi

@EN site Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with our theme and you don’t have to pay for it. Make sure you install the plugin from theme’s path and ignore the activation message. Basically when you bought our theme you also bought a license for all plugins included.

@aliou89
glad you have managed to fix this.

Thanks!

Hi

I am not sure why this happens as it’s not an error relate with the theme, it’s related with your wp-install. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again. Also check if your permisions on uploads folder are set correct. For more details please check these links: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-image-upload-issue-in-wordpress/https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
