Hi

I’ve tested this method on smart-list and works fine on my side. In this example I used smart-list 4: http://screencast.com/t/ZAy5i1cELY9http://screencast.com/t/JNLyStebh3
Make sure you added the file in same path as I did in my example and also check if the ad-code from the ad-spot that you’re using it’s correct.
Note that this customiztions requires basic php coding skills. If you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you as we can’t offer customization services at the moment.

Thanks!

Hi

Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/yBzH5WSjrp2

.td_smart_list_2 .td-sml2-description p, .td_smart_list_4 .td-sml4-description p{
font-size: 14px;
}

You can modify the size of the image displayed in smart list 4 by editing the td_smart_list_4.php file and changing this parameter: http://screencast.com/t/2AEg1pqSs That can be replaced with any image size defined in td_config.php: http://screencast.com/t/gS3eGL2br Also you an use ‘medium’ or ‘full’ as arguments: http://screencast.com/t/gVHhRNs9ogqhttp://screencast.com/t/XmejbrM1p6wQ
Note that changing the image size you will also need some css customization in order to have the smart list content displayed fine.
This is a complex task which require many customizations and unfortunately I can’t offer a solution now. If you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you as we can’t offer customization services at the moment.

Thanks!

Hi

I am not aware what customizations did you made in child theme and how they affect theme’s functionality. Try to deactivate the child theme and test your site again. We didn’t tested the theme on multisite but its functionality should be the same as on single site.
Regarding the code from child theme there is an important aspects that must be considered:
– if in previous theme’s version a specific code added in child theme worked fine that doesn’t mean that will work with a new theme version. When theme update many of its files are changed and it’s a good practice to check update_log.txt file for each update and see what files had been modified so if those specific files are used in the child theme you will have to check your customizations to not break the functionality of the theme.
If you still can’t manage to solve this issue please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials so we can take a closer look at this issue.

Hi

To remove the feature image from blocks for a specific post just remove it from WordPress editor: http://screencast.com/t/qp3bF4QN Like this there won’t be any image to be displayed for that post on modules.

Thanks!

Hi

Sorry four misunderstanding and for any inconveniences encountered with the theme.
I’ve test this feature on my side with the last theme version available on themeforest and works fine. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all cachses, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.

Hi

By default the theme set a display block for any image loaded in post content, that’s why they appear on different lines. However you can chose how images to be aligned from WordPress editor: http://screencast.com/t/3cCi5vEKhttp://screencast.com/t/DrbHV4aZUZmL

Thanks!

Hi

By default the theme display post views on custom post type: http://screencast.com/t/t01EQuRmgL8 Please make sure you defined your custom post type properly, also deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.

Thanks!

Hi

Unfortunately the Simple Tags plugin is not tested to work with the theme and we cannot guarantee it will work 100%. We have not tested this plugin and we have no idea of the plugin functionality in order to provide an answer. Unfortunately time does not allow us to provide plugin implementation support.
If you really want to use this plugin we suggest you hire a freelancer to help you with implementation.
With regard at duplicate posts at the moment load more feature is not build to display only unique articles. Even if you enable the unique article option, that will check the page only at first load and if you’re using ajax to load posts in blocks there will still be duplicate article.
We plan to improve this feature in the future but it’s a very difficult task which require many investigations and tests in order to be achieved. I can’t say for sure how long will take until we mange to find a solution but we do our best in this regard.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi

Link’s color can be changed from theme panel > theme accent color: http://screencast.com/t/Z1Uc5MfEka However by changing this color will be affected and others elements like category tags, links color from post content etc.
If you want to change only the hover color for ling from a specific block then it’s required custom css. For block 16 the code would be like this: http://screencast.com/t/zJL6rFOxVS

.td_block_16 .td-module-title a:hover{
color: red;
}

Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know and for your message!

Hi

This usually happens because of lazy load animation which’s script conflict with one of your installed plugins. Try to deactivate the animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/YfRwIXkEWam7 clear all caches and test again. Also you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and check if the problem is still there.

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi

These wearings appear because tagDiv Invoice and tagDiv Label requires Woocommerce plugin to be installed. For more details about this plugin please check our documentation here:

Hi

To achieve that are required many customizations in head style in order to be displayed fine. The header was designed to display on tablet the same elements as on desktop, but on different sizes. To insert the mobile menu you need to change this implementation for the header style used.
This is a complex task which require many customization and loots of tests. Unfortunately time does not allow us to provide custom services at the moment.
