The theme will not grab any information unless you allow users to login and to post comments. But this is the default WordPress implementation so the general WP recommended privacy policy will in this situation: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-add-a-privacy-policy-in-wordpress/
If you use other plugins like membership plugins, they collect data on their own so they should be included in the privacy policy.

It could be a plugin conflict affecting your whatsapp share. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test whatsapp again and see if it still provides the error.

The social counter by default comes with the theme settings in place. Simply edit the settings for the social counter in the widgets area for posts/categories and on each individual page in particular for the pages implementation.

It is not a required implementation though as the theme is already responsive without the plugin. you can disable it if you do not like the implementation.

What theme version were you using when you received this message? Newspaper 6 is the only theme version with a “known threat”
If you had a newer version of newspaper, we are not aware of any threat.
