Unfortunately due to certain facebook changes, certain app keys will not work anymore. Try to create a new app key from the facebook developer console and test with that one. This seems to be random. Some keys work and some do not. Our plugin was tested and works properly,. Facebook is going through code changes and only they can fix the issues.

I can’t say for sure where it should be added. The code provider should be the one to provide the implementation method as well.

1. It depends on how you used the demo. A demo installs content on your site if you choose to. When uninstalling the demo, the demo contet also gets uninstalled. So if you used that dummy data as your own (people usually use the homepage) then it will get removed. Luckily, you can simply create a copy of the homepage and you will still have the copy.

Sorry but our theme does not have an automatic font change for the menu item. The responsiveness feature is implemented so the menu will go on 2 lines when there is not enough space for all menu items.

If you have too many items and the screen is reduced, you get to such a small font that is unusable.

The theme does not control the information displayed by Google in SERP, it depends on Google if stars rating is displayed or not.

When you make major changes in site’s HTML structure, like switching from one theme to another, Google crawler needs some time until will understand the new structure and some information may not be displayed for a while. Unfortunately the composer requires the site url and the home url to be the same, your proxy requires them to be different. They are 2 elements that conflict with one another. You will have to make a decision as both most likely will not work at the same time.
As an alternative, you can try using visual composer instead of td composer. Visual composer is bundled free of charge in the main theme package.

As you can imagine, we will make the proper implementation for Gutemberg so there will be no hassle in switching to the new version. Compatibility will be maintained and you will be able to use the theme just as before. Yes, wee will need to change a few things but it will not be any major change from the user perspective.

I’m not sure what you are trying to achieve but no, our tagdiv composer will not work with other themes, and the Apppresser plugins are not tested with our theme.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Both these networks struggle with code changes that influence the widget. Facebook dues to the latest scandal started changing the api and some fb keys stopped working.
Instagram change the api as well:

For Instagram we could make a change and it worked, but for fb, we cannot do anything at the moment as they will have to fix the issue on their end. FB is going through major changes now.
