If you only hide the theme panel, the page builder should still be visible. They are not tied together but I cannot say for sure as we have never tested this. This represents customization and is not covered by the theme support.

Sorry for the inconvenience but our theme does not have such an option. Ads are placed for all posts/templates at once in our theme and there are no controls to remove them for specific parts of the site. You can use an ad plugin that can provide this functionality.

Yes, saving the shortcode is the easy way of creating pages. Create an element as you want it and then simply add it to the page. Sorry but there is no option to save a whole page unfortunately.

Unfortunately the theme does not have the tools necesarry to make that exact look for the block but you cna come pretty close to it.
Here is an example of one I made in the tagdiv composer using different colors for the backghround, a different block header and a css code:

Please also make sure you update the plugins as well. Delete the current theme plugins you have installed and install them again from the latest theme package.
Also in the current version, please make sure your theme name is Newspaper. The current theme version does not support a theme name change.

That is indeed an issue. It is not the default theme behavior. It should only upload them once. It seems your client has an issue and the plugin is activated multiple times. We cannot recreate this issue. It seems to happen in very specific conditions. Please check any optimization added to the site, disable external plugins, check caching and cdn. This is a localized issue and not a theme bug. Let us know how it goes.
