If you change the code in td_module.php, you will affect ALL blocks on the site. You cannot separate them only by adding extra conditions in the code and creating separate functions for the blocks you want and call that function instead in the module and not the default one. If your ad code is new then it can take up to a few weeks days before the ad gets delivered. You can test the ad directly inside the post content and see if it renders any ad on the front-end. Your ad could require an extra implementation though. Please check with google and see if you need to add anything in the head tag in header.php. Page level ads for example require this implementation.

This effect can be seen because of your slow page speed. Css works in cascades and if you have a low page speed, you will be able to see every rewrite of the css happening.

Sorry but our theme does not have RTL support and there is no simple method of implementation unfortunately. If you need RTL and cannot use the theme without it, you can ask for a refund here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will provide it so you can choose a rtl compatible theme.

Unfortunately we cannot say for sure as we have not tested instant articles with our theme. The plugin is not among the tested and recommended plugins. Sorry for the inconvenience. The quote styles from our theme could not be applicable for instant articles.
You can change the design of the default blockquote if you have a bit of css knowledge.
You cna use this class to target the quotes:
