We understand this is a very requested feature and we do plan on adding it in our themes but as you mentioned above we have not found any viable solution yet. We have tried a few plugins ourselves but we could not manage to get them to work properly. Unfortunately if this is not decided by the development team, we will not be able to help as time does not allow us to tackle time consuming tasks. The theme support does not cover such customization. Sorry. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out if this feature is very important for your website.

If you use custom fonts, the loading of the fonts is done locally and the default theme font loads first and then is changed to your own font. In this case to prevent the fouc, you will have to disable the default theme fonts or the google fonts altogether. There is a user submitted guide on how to do this here:

Sorry but the background click ad only works for the whole site at once. It cannot be activated for a separate section only. You can maybe find an ad plugin that can provide this functionality.

If you like a specific demo style, you will have to install that demo as you cannot replicate the look of one demo on another one without custom modifications.

Sorry but there is nothing to solve. This happens regardless of theme. it is the way css works. THere is no fix to be implemented by us. Simply use the theme and css in it’s default way without changing anything and there will be no fouc. If you change colors, fonts, sizes, you will start to see changes happen especially if using a demo which already changes the css to provide the style and then the user changes it again so there are already 2 rewrites on the css happening. Then you activate speedbooster and mnove the loading of the stylesheet to the footer and that delays it even more making the fouc even more obvious. As Chris said, it is all basic knowledge every webdev should know as it does not happen in our theme specifically. This happens all over the web, not just WordPress either.

We cannot make a single video presenting EVERYTHING as there is a lot of information to cover.

You can implement forms using the shortcode implementation. We have not tested getresponse so you will have to contact them and see a form of implementation they can suggest. You can use a columns text widget inside the tagdiv composer and then paste the shortcode inside the element like you would on a post in the MCE editor.

That is a mega menu option and there are only video posts in the category selected for the menu item.

If you want to add new buttons to the sharing options, you will have to get the code for a share button from facebook and then implement it like this example:

How can you show a wide image inside a square thumb?
A possible solution would be to change the thumbnail used on the related articles to a wider one. https://www.screencast.com/t/xXSmfCqYn
You will have to regenerate all thumbnails afterwards though.

Unfortunately the theme does not have such a feature. If the link leads to the category page, the category templates will not show a list of your sub-categories. The category template uses a loop to show posts, not a list of categories. Sorry. You can maybe redirect your category page to a standard static page where you can create a list of your sub-categories.
